If advising them of their rights so they can avoid deportation is tantamount to encouraging them to reside here, why let them retain lawyers in the first place?

Well, one reason might be to ensure they are illegal aliens. What sucks about this pamphlet is that it’s giving the illegals help in possibly circumventing our laws.

As a fairly new resident of MD, I’m convinced the state wants to be the first to cede from the union. We already give licenses, scholarships and I believe home loans to those who aren’t here legally. Crazy!

I think ultimately the complaint here, if there is one, is with the Supreme Court’s criminal jurisprudence, not Casa of Maryland. How am I wrong?
