Senior House Republicans are complaining about Democrats’ plans to divert “scarce” intelligence funds to study global warming.

That is indeed a very stupid idea.

The House next week will consider the Democrat-crafted Intelligence Authorization bill, which includes a provision directing an assessment of the effects that climate change has on national security.

That’s actually a pretty good idea as long as it’s a reasonable amount of money.

Diverting funds away from spying on our enemies to gin up a case of “global warming” WILL make this country less secure and more vulnerable to the Jihadists targeting us.

Vote Democrat, vote traitor.

Lets see if I get this.
The CIA is going to study something that does not exist.
Global warming is a thing of the past – it is now known as climate change. That new name will cover any changes
, whether warm or cold. This means the scientists can get government grants for whatever is popular on any given day.

Okay, lets say the CIA does their study and issues a report.
It could read as follows:

“After using the entire 500 million dollars that was allocated for this project over the two year period for an extensive in depth study of the global warming project we have come to the conclusion that global warming does not exist, poses no threat to the world and there are no WMDs in Iraq.
We want to thank everyone who labored so tediously to do this study and write this report. We want to thank the American taxpayer for all the new desks, computers, cars and pay raises we received while completing the project. We hired former director George Tenet to head up this project so you should address any questions to him or his publishing company.”

At one time I was afraid to poke fun of the CIA. I thought they would come get me but now I question whether they could find me.

The CIA may investigate alGore, and find out, he’s more dangerous than bin Laden.

What could be more perfect for them? Now that I think about it, my only surprise is that they haven’t done it sooner.

You ever watch Future Weapons on the Discovery Channel? I could see something like this popping up there in the near future. Improved body armor that has a unique cooling agent or effect to reduce heat-stress on the body, etc.

Clearly the Democrats prefer to defend us against their list of abstract, ideologically driven boogeymen rather than our very real, ruthless, proven enemies.

Why? Because this way, we don’t end up violating anybody’s civil liberties. We will spend our time going after the big bad corporations, and taxing individuals to no end. Dems will do away with everything by claiming that it causes global warming. Soon we will all be hearing that cell phones, televisions, computers, toasters, etc. all cause global warming – global warming taxes, here we come. The Dems want us to live in shacks, while they, the elite, have all the benefits of high class living (but don’t worry, they will pay their fair share of taxes – so it will be okay).

Yep these are the fellas I want telling me to recycle copies of the Constitution and Common Sense.

Did I ever tell you, I suspect Democrats are nuts? Well it’s now more than a suspicion, it’s confirmed. The do anything, say anything, slime anything to get elected and control your life makes it point.
