What the hell's wrong with popcorn?

You some kind of Islamohobic bigoted racist against the Mexicans? Mexicans love corn. Not liking corn is equivalent to calling Mexicans inferior.

(And none of that "butter substitute" either!)

What's 'a matter? Kernel stuck between your teeth!

OT-

Does popcorn pop if exposed to an aerial gamma wave burst?

Seriously?

Yeah, seriously. I'm sittin' right here with a bag of pop corn waiting to see New York light up*. Do I need to attach sarcasm warnings everytime I use it?

*This comment is sarcastic. I'm not really waiting around with a bag of pop corn waiting for New York to get nuked. I don't even like pop corn.

So, containment then?

Build a virtual fence around them, block their access routes into Afghanistan, employ special ops with limited objectives against specific targets (training camps, terrorist leaders, etc.), and hope for the best?

Unless they leave us alone, leaving them alone is not the answer IMO so I'm interested to hear how we ought to deal with these lawless regions.

Interesting video. I guess it can be done the hard way or the harder way - infiltrate slowly, tread lightly, and build friendships with tribal leaders while picking off Taliban/AQ one-by-one. Or, go in and completely level the entire region.

Other than that, I’m out of ideas.

I'm afraid their Islamic beliefs don't allow them to befriend us. I don't think leveling the entire region will do much either, not that we have the willpower for it. They'll just hide in the caves. No power in history has been able to hold that region. We won't either.

Or, we could "contain and isolate" them. Cut off their routes into Afghanistan so the Taliban/AQ can have their little kingdom in no-man's land.

that nuclear materials imported 40-50 years ago were unaccounted for.

Hmmm now why would Pakistan want nuclear material between 1957-1967 hmmmm I just don't know. And who is the only country that would have given it to them at that time?

Back on topic. Unless Pakistan allows the coalition to “work” the autonomous zones bordering Afghanistan, they should no longer be considered a partner in the GWOT.

I wonder what's going through the general public's head in Britain. I've talked to Christians over there and they all tell me I'm an alarmist about the growth of Islam over there. I hope they're right. I doubt that. An awful lot of people are going to get killed by these people.

I certainly don't want the libs dead. I want them to come to their senses and realize they're at war with the wrong enemy.

The pubs are not at war with the libs, but the libs are bent on the absolute destruction of the GOP, and making dissenting thought and opinion illegal. Not very American, if you ask me.

I want the dems to help come up with ideas to help us win this struggle of ideologies, instead of expending all their energy on dismantling the very thing that can protect and defend their ignorant asses.

I want them to realize that walking away from the Global War on Terror will result in unimaginable death and destruction here in the US; quite possibly directly affecting people they love and actually care about.

Too much to hope for, I suppose. But hope I will.

Bryan, you should delete the comment that quotes the deleted comment, so people won't be bothering you about the comment you deleted. Probably should include this one too, come to think of it. But at least read it first.

Eh, look at the bright side. If they’re gonna nuke an US city...

Seriously?

Bryan, why would you allow someone to post this garbage on your blog? Even if said in jest this stuff is often picked up and showcased by liberal blogs and the MSM.

Doesn't wishing death to Americans, even Leftards and Dems, warrant some sort of sanction or rebuke?

If these people have really "lost" some of their radioactive material I know how we can help them replenish their stockpile.

We could send them some by airmail and that would help solve their problem - and part of ours!

It's great to know that if hatred doesn't get us by itself, good ole' neglect will help pick up the slack.
