That was hillarious!

Catie96706 on April 25, 2007 at 9:12 AM

lol

ballz2wallz on April 25, 2007 at 9:12 AM

Hmm. Michelle. In a cheerleader outfit.

What were you saying again?

BacaDog on April 25, 2007 at 9:13 AM

Gimme an “H”…Gimme an “O”…Gimme a “T”…Gimme an “A”…Gimme an “I”…Gimme an “R”…what does it spell?

Absolutley. Hysterical.

Michelle, what do your neighbors think of your location shoots?!

Malpaso on April 25, 2007 at 9:13 AM

Wow! What a great way to start off the second year of Hot Air.

liberty on April 25, 2007 at 9:13 AM

LOL! I love it!

DCJeff on April 25, 2007 at 9:15 AM

That’s hot.

Um, what are the chances of getting Allah in a sailor suit next?

saint kansas on April 25, 2007 at 9:17 AM

I just want to register my vote for that to be the number one Vent for Birthday #2!

Centurion68 on April 25, 2007 at 9:19 AM

P.S. Speaking of fauxtography, did someone Photoshop that smile onto Harry Reid or was he able to fake it for 1/60th of a second?

saint kansas on April 25, 2007 at 9:20 AM

Heh

Rode Werk on April 25, 2007 at 9:21 AM

Like Malpaso I was wondering what Michelle’s neighbors think.

And I LOVE the chicken! Those few seconds at the end are a 2008 campaign commercial all by themselves.

KCSteve on April 25, 2007 at 9:22 AM

Michelle, if I can stop laughing by noon, I still might be able to get some work done today. :) That was hilarious! What a way to start year #2!

Oh… in addition to being unforgettable, this Vent of yours was quite accurate and to the point.

flutejpl on April 25, 2007 at 9:25 AM

Bwahahaha, something tells me Michelle wasn’t on the cheer leading squad in high school, I weigh more than twice as much as her and could get more air.

I think you owe your neighbors a few beers and some BBQ.

Kahuna on April 25, 2007 at 9:30 AM

Short but sweet.

mikeyboss on April 25, 2007 at 9:33 AM

Umm Michelle in a cheerleaders outfit. My day could not have started any better.

Zetterson on April 25, 2007 at 9:42 AM

Michelle,
the next time you have a guest spot on O’Reilly, you should air this. It should also be a commercial for the RNC. funny stuff!

pullingmyhairout on April 25, 2007 at 9:50 AM

Short, but SWEEEEEEEEET..

Thanks, Michelle!

tickleddragon on April 25, 2007 at 9:57 AM

saintkansas…

I think ALLAH would actually look just as good in the skirt.
AP has had a decidedly FEMININE VOICE of late….spooooky.

GREAT VENT…..for guys.

BRYAN…..::ahem:: how about a little equal time with the leg shots?

seejanemom on April 25, 2007 at 10:00 AM

Insightful analysis, gang.

windbag on April 25, 2007 at 10:04 AM

Short, sweet, and right on target.

Well done.

alilianstrom on April 25, 2007 at 10:12 AM

OH. MY. GOD!

The white flags (in lieu of pom-poms) was just perfect. Send this on to the RNC. Maybe, must maybe, they’ll “buy a clue” and start buying time on TV and radio for similar commercials.

BTW, I just love the pigtails!

georgej on April 25, 2007 at 10:14 AM

Hot.

Oh, and Defeatcrats something or other.

:-)

Good Lt on April 25, 2007 at 10:17 AM

Someone get me a bib quick!

Dread Pirate Roberts VI on April 25, 2007 at 10:19 AM

You think we could get Kirsten Powers and Mary Katharine Ham to do a team Vent with MM in cheerleader outfits? Just throwin’ it out there…

Enrique on April 25, 2007 at 10:21 AM

OMG, I’m laughing hysterically. Too bad it isn’t really funny (losing the war, that is).

By the way, your little chicken clucking got my dogs barking. They thought it was funny, too.

CookeyD on April 25, 2007 at 10:21 AM

We are reminded again who is the Hot in Hotair….Go Team!

soulsirkus on April 25, 2007 at 10:27 AM

Hmm. Michelle. In a cheerleader outfit.

What were you saying again?

BacaDog on April 25, 2007 at 9:13 AM

This is now, for sure, my #1 most favorite Vent.

Lawrence on April 25, 2007 at 10:27 AM

LOL! That was great!

Laura02420 on April 25, 2007 at 10:29 AM

That’s hot. Um, what are the chances of getting Allah in a sailor suit next?

saint kansas on April 25, 2007 at 9:17 AM

What say you, AP? I’m good with MM in the cheerleader skirt myself, but girls are squawking. You need to throw ‘em a bone, so to say.

Jaibones on April 25, 2007 at 10:31 AM

Save the Cheerleader, Save the World!

moflicky on April 25, 2007 at 10:33 AM

Michelle, I’m hurt. There is nothing for the ladies. Bryan should have worn a swimsuit and joined you to make it fair and balanced. At least, Arianna H. would have something to watch when she visits hotair. Bryan do this for the ladies. Don’t be shy.

Ouabam on April 25, 2007 at 10:39 AM

Now all that needs to be done is to defeat the defeatocrats!Beautiful day there Michelle, enjoy.

sonnyspats1 on April 25, 2007 at 10:52 AM

I love your guts! Thanks for the laugh (and unfortunately the truth)

wytammic on April 25, 2007 at 10:59 AM

Bryan?! Dawg! A big Whoa Nelly to ya’ll!

Drtuddle on April 25, 2007 at 11:00 AM

Hello little school girl. Would you like some candy?

Mazztek on April 25, 2007 at 11:05 AM

You think we could get Kirsten Powers and Mary Katharine Ham to do a team Vent with MM in cheerleader outfits? Just throwin’ it out there…

Enrique on April 25, 2007 at 10:21 AM

I am 100% behind you there, Enrique.

theholyhermit on April 25, 2007 at 11:07 AM

Wow that was great. Could you do that everyday?

tomas on April 25, 2007 at 11:10 AM

I love the mad dash at the end, LOL Great!

MM you slay me

americaslaststand on April 25, 2007 at 11:15 AM

Did the the voice of God tell you two (Bryan/Michelle) to produce this VENT? I am ready to believe that it was divinely inspired.

CyberCipher on April 25, 2007 at 11:18 AM

Readers attribute divine influence to Hot Air video – BY ALLAHPUNDIT

Red meat.

saint kansas on April 25, 2007 at 11:26 AM

I am ready to put in my vote for next years best vent.

hahaha Very good MM!

csdeven on April 25, 2007 at 11:27 AM

Nice job Michelle

Can we hire HotAir Cheerleaders?

Defector01 on April 25, 2007 at 11:28 AM

Last night on Fox‘s Special Report, Fred Barnes mentioned he was talking to Sen. Lindsey Graham. The Senator asked if Harry Reid is right, then who won.

I think Sen. Reid should answer that question. Better yet, any reporter worth his/her pay should ask him that very question next time he ventures in front of them to spew his treasonous bile.

Well Senator, I’m waiting. Grow a pair of fuzzy kiwis and tell us. Who won?

Oh yeah, another great Vent Michelle. And look at all the calories you burned running away!!

JohnnyD on April 25, 2007 at 11:34 AM

What a way to wake up in good old liberal California and see this great Hot Air. Keep them coming.

Conservative in Santa Cruz

jblock on April 25, 2007 at 11:36 AM

Great Vent…

The cheerleader outfit is awesome. And the chicken squak is good too.

There really isn’t much more to be said about the defeatocrats.

CrazyFool on April 25, 2007 at 11:42 AM

The “E” jump was the best!!! hahahahahahah

allie on April 25, 2007 at 11:45 AM

Obligitory Michelle is hot comment #3.

ROFLMAO Big Time!

Can we hire HotAir Cheerleaders?

Defector01 on April 25, 2007 at 11:28 AM

Primo idea! Michelle, MKH, and Bethany in cheeleader outfits rooting for…..

Well, who cares what they root for.

infidel4life on April 25, 2007 at 12:00 PM

Thanks, Michelle. As if I didn’t already have enough complexes.

Blacklake on April 25, 2007 at 12:00 PM

That’s hot.

Um, what are the chances of getting Allah in a sailor suit next?

saint kansas on April 25, 2007 at 9:17 AM

Probably the same as the chances of getting Allah into a cheerleading outfit.

amerpundit on April 25, 2007 at 12:02 PM

Added to my favourities. Thanks Michelle! At the five year birthday of HotAir, this’ll still probably win.

Canadian Infidel on April 25, 2007 at 12:04 PM

The Senator asked if Harry Reid is right, then who won.

Why the Democrats of coarse! Haven’t you heard Reid bragging about all the seats they are going to pickup in the Senate according to Schumer?

Listen to how thisis affecting real Americans with children in Iraq. Use the slider and skip ahead to 15:00

TheBigOldDog on April 25, 2007 at 12:04 PM

Delicious. Simply delicious.

rightg33k on April 25, 2007 at 12:15 PM

The only way that video could be sexier is by having MKH cheering with Michelle….

Tim Burton on April 25, 2007 at 12:17 PM

Michelle… That would make a great campaign commercial.

The Senator asked if Harry Reid is right, then who won.

ANSWER: The Democrats and Islamic fascists the world over.

The “enemy of my enemy is my friend” meme is in play both in war and in politics, because politics IS war.

Get with the program all you so-called patriots! There’s no country called America to root for anymore and there’s no more GWOT. It’s Dems against Reps, Libs against Cons (or Neo-cons if you prefer), Christian Crusaders against Muslim fanatics, Corporations against the oppressed, etc…

If AQ were smart, they would just let America fester in it’s own cesspool of self-destruction and hold off on launching another attack that might actually unite us for a short while again.

CliffHanger on April 25, 2007 at 12:25 PM

My colleges have cheerleaders AND flag twirlers. I could easily see a flag twirlers routine for ’08.

No what other news commentator out there will don a cheer outfit and make it happen. Go Michelle, you’re unique!

Mojave Mark on April 25, 2007 at 12:35 PM

number fo’ now.

blatantblue on April 25, 2007 at 12:43 PM

MM’s neighbors must be laughing out loud as am I.
GREAT cheer! LOSERS indeed!

labwrs on April 25, 2007 at 12:51 PM

Listen to how thisis affecting real Americans with children in Iraq. Use the slider and skip ahead to 15:00

TheBigOldDog on April 25, 2007 at 12:04 PM

Skip forward to about 17:38 and you get it in a nutshell from this caller (a woman who’s son is in Iraq) to his show:

“I understand the way the democrats think – I used to be one. Now let me tell you something. Every single time a soldier dies they’re [democrats] happy, and you know why? Because unless we fail – they [democrats] can’t win. If we’re successful the united states – now I’m not even talking about George Bush I have my issues with him – but unless we fail they can’t win. Do you understand that mindset? I’ve been watching them now for five years…”

The democrats have to make us lose – no matter the cost – so that they can ‘win’. That fits right in with their actions of late.

CrazyFool on April 25, 2007 at 12:56 PM

Thanks, Michelle. As if I didn’t already have enough complexes.

Blacklake on April 25, 2007 at 12:00 PM

Ditto; something very Freudian here………

Most American don’t know that only Americans have cheerleaders ( except for some Canadian schools )

Janos Hunyadi on April 25, 2007 at 12:57 PM

loved the “GO” at the end. classic.

jdpaz on April 25, 2007 at 12:59 PM

…and we’ll definitely need to see the out-takes on this one.

jdpaz on April 25, 2007 at 1:00 PM

That was a great Ve t che e

C d t ave bee re target

Sorry, back to typing with both hands.

Well done as usual. On target and with enough flair to draw even the staunchest liberal, who hasn’t completely sold his soul, out from under the rock in their parent’s basement.

ej_pez on April 25, 2007 at 1:30 PM

Absolutely top notch! Thanks Michelle!

Neocon Peg on April 25, 2007 at 1:32 PM

*** Obligatory “Michelle is Hot” comment #4, or 5, or 6, or whatever *** (If there were a blinking text tag for comments, I’d use it here).

I didn’t vote for the first anniversary “best-of-the-vent” contest, but I’ll cast my preliminary ballot right now for the second anniversary :)

Don’t know what I’m going to do for the rest of the day, because the high point’s already been reached and it’s all downhill from here…

Spurius Ligustinus on April 25, 2007 at 1:33 PM

That was great!!
…Loved the clucking!

gatewaypundit on April 25, 2007 at 1:33 PM

I can only imagine the crude comments targeting Michelle by the left that will be generated by this video.

Harry Reid is a turncoat. Think of how the soldier, sailors, airmen, and marines who are fighting this war must feel. I actually wonder if Harry has converted to Islam considers us infidels because he sure does sing their tune.

serenevalley on April 25, 2007 at 1:41 PM

Michelle….in a cheerleader suit. SMOKIN!

Mandrake on April 25, 2007 at 1:46 PM

Heh. Just the right length–make the point and then leave ‘em wanting more!

Which, come to think of it, is also Harry Reid’s Iraq strategy.

see-dubya on April 25, 2007 at 2:01 PM

How did that Muddy Waters song go? Something like “good morning little schoolgirl!”.

Most. Wicked. Vent. Ever.

pabarge on April 25, 2007 at 2:03 PM

I can only imagine the crude comments targeting Michelle by the left that will be generated by this video.

Wonkette’s already on top of it.

JaHerer22 on April 25, 2007 at 2:07 PM

I just noticed something… Wehave Michelle on our side…

The left has Rosie.

We win.

Mazztek on April 25, 2007 at 2:07 PM

I have tears in my eyes from laughing so hard. This is destined to become another Hot Air Classic Vent that we will laugh at again on the tenth anniversary!!

Ann on April 25, 2007 at 2:11 PM

There is the medium and then there is the message.
In this instance, the medium was much more . . . er . . . effective.
For all the most prurient reasons.
There, I said it.

robopope on April 25, 2007 at 2:12 PM

and, no offense Michele, but I would also subtitle this “Right Chicks Can’t Jump”

Ann on April 25, 2007 at 2:14 PM

There’s no bigger HotAir fan around here than me, but let me break from the pack and say aside from Michelle’s attractiveness, this was a weak Vent. I could see it being 5% of an actual Vent, where issues and implications are done. Michelle did a great thing by getting troops to send her their letters to Reid, but all this Vent did was give the left a reason to bash Michelle and Drudge justification if he wants to take another dig at the site.

Sorry, again I’m a huge fan of the site, and while I agree much more with Michelle, I’m becoming a bigger Allah fan after seeing things like this.

RightWinged on April 25, 2007 at 2:18 PM

That is a great vent, and it stays true to the title: It allowed us to ‘vent’ along with Michelle and the gang as to the contemptible defeatocraps. White flags indeed. Remember the last Presidential election? Kerry’s concession speech, when he had to raise the white flag, he berated his better, telling President Bush that he must reach across the aisle if he expected to get anything done. Does anyone remember any Democrats besides Joe Lieberman extending their hands across the aisle? With more than one finger up?

Doug on April 25, 2007 at 2:25 PM

An instant classic. I love the white flags at the end-nice touch!

JimmyT on April 25, 2007 at 2:46 PM

Michelle, you’re so silly :-)

Tony737 on April 25, 2007 at 2:47 PM

I have to agree with RightWinged – this vent was low on information, and even low on good solid snark. It was short, it was single-issue and practically single-minute.

On the other hand, it was high on bouncy cheerleader, and that makes up for a lot.

Maybe this is one of those marketing experiments. Testing the audience to see how they react.

Or, maybe it was just baiting the LLLs to see what kind of racist misogynistic crap they’ll come up with THIS time.

The shadow knows….

Merovign on April 25, 2007 at 2:56 PM

Oh, quit your furrowed brow introspection.

It was fun – it was true.

Good grief, some of you guys wouldn’t be happy unless it was William F. Buckley himself in a cheerleaders skirt.

And that thought scares me…

Dr. Gecko on April 25, 2007 at 3:06 PM

Need a volunteer stage hand?

RogerOnTheRight on April 25, 2007 at 3:08 PM

That was some serious AIRTIME. Air Jordan, beware.
AIR MICHELLE! The firecracker.

(I’m guessing you lost your little cheerleader shorts, hence the 1 and 3/4 inch jump)
.still cute tho.

Thank you Michelle.

Most entertaining!

Oxybeles on April 25, 2007 at 3:20 PM

I would have lowered the camera angle slightly. Not just to show more leg kick-action, but to give fewer clues in the surroundings as to where our heroine lives. One relocation under duress is enough for most families, I should think.

manwithblackhat on April 25, 2007 at 3:21 PM

Funniest part of that whole cheer is “Go Donkeys”
