Rosie invites Trump out to dinner
posted at 3:13 pm on April 24, 2007 by Allahpundit
Meanwhile, a surprise: despite some sharp differences about the level of media coverage, clear majorities of blacks and whites agree that Imus got what he deserved. Flush with momentum, Russell Simmons is going to try to take the “ho” out of hip-hop … but only in tracks cleaned up for radio airplay. The not-so-clean album versions will remain as “authentic” as ever. Verdict from self-described hip-hop feminist Joan Morgan: an “anemic, insufficient response” that’s “short-sighted at best and disingenuous at worst.”

At least Baba WaWa had the decency to be embarrased — for once — at Rosie’s crude behavior.
georgej on April 24, 2007 at 3:23 PM
I don’t know Mr. Trump, but my guess is he’ll decline.
Crab Pot on April 24, 2007 at 3:26 PM
OMG! I just “got” it. That was funny, AP…gross, but funny.
Tru2my2 on April 24, 2007 at 3:26 PM
Crude females. What an utter shame upon this country.

Taking the “ho” out of “hip-hop”!!! Classic!
jdpaz on April 24, 2007 at 3:37 PM
Wow…what an accomplishment…
Fat, fugly AND lacking class…what a package. Or should I just say BAG.
tickleddragon on April 24, 2007 at 3:39 PM
She wants to show Trump how big her ass is.
drjohn on April 24, 2007 at 3:45 PM
Wait, doesn’t that make “hip-p”? Pronounced “hippie”? No!!! Please tell me that giant afros and orange bell-bottoms the size of tents are not coming back!!!

With children present no less.
What a class act.
You know you’re a disgusting, vile human being when even the Democrats say so:
Good call, Mr. Zimmerman. So why not kick her and Sheehan and Moore and Sharpton and the rest of crew that embarrasses your party every five minutes to the proverbial curb?
Professor Blather on April 24, 2007 at 3:52 PM
Wait. Here’s the best line in the article. Just don’t think about it too much – and try not to gag:

I just threw up a little bit in my mouth. UGH!

The left can’t run around with a piece of dog crap around their neck then get upset when someone says they stink. This is who they are.

Vomitometer reading: off the charts.
Glad I had lunch a good while ago.

Miss Piggy’s latest blog entry (why does she write in this manner… does she fancy it poetry?)
http://www.rosie.com/blog/2007/04/23/wtf/
WTF? Look, I say that all the time, but I’m not the host of the view. I’m not a role model to fat lesbian bats around the country. I don’t know, just something a little weird about this Barbara.
As for her comment about another son’s vein being sliced open… Son or not, he’s an adult who VOLUNTEERED. I’m so sick of these shameful lefty POSs making the troops out to be helpless children.
And by the way, if this war is wrong, illegal, immoral… Then how can you say the troops are fighting for democracy? You libs deny that, and insist that they’re there for oil, etc. But then to pretend you support them you try to jump back on board with the fighting for democracy bandwagon. You can’t have it both ways.
The batman reference? Really? That’s what you’re gonna go with here? And Sheryl Crow? Is she really “brave”? Give me a break.

Not trying to sound prudish, but I was born and raised on the Upper West Side (before Seinfeld made it fashionable) and the people I pal around with don’t talk like Rosie. She’s just plain rude and classless.
If I were a parent of one of the 17-year-old girls who were at this event, I would be very angry. Not that the girls have never heard any of those things before; but, Rosie legitimized the vulgarity.
I would have walked out.

Forget whether a segment of toilet paper fits her arse. The question is, will her arse fit the restaurant chairs?

When Rosie invites you over for dinner, be warned:
You aren’t there to eat, but to be eaten.
LegendHasIt on April 24, 2007 at 4:39 PM
WHOA! Trump hit a nerve with the panty schtick. I think he was hurt by the comb over routine from Rosie which explains his not letting this thing go. Rosie had to but her nose in Trumps decisions on the management of HIS pageant contestants. Where does Rosie come off ridiculing Trump (a private citizen) on The View? I don’t think Trump will reciprocate Rosies request. YUK! Rosie in NYC and SNL does a spoof of Ivanka Trump the same week end. Very interesting.

P.S. Oprah isn’t sensitive enough for her.

Aren’t this bovine imbecile’s 15 minutes over yet?! (And let it be known that I’ve always wanted to use the term “bovine imbecile” in reference to RoDo. ;) )

I think he might respond to the ‘invitation’ by saying he only dines at first-rate restaurants, where he doesn’t have to fear getting sick from food poisoning.

I would imagine the Cindy Sheehan fast allows for this type of meal.

Hip Hop/rap management isn’t interested in cleaning up anything. And either are the performers.

Could be money in it. Just like in the early days of progressive rock (1965) there were underground FM stations playing commercial free all day long. Simmons could realize a boost in sales, for the hip hop fans to get a pure dose of the stuff.

Since this is in NY wouldn’t it violate the trans-fat ban?
