Video: O’Reilly names those who recycle Media Matters’ garbage

Bill O’Reilly went after Media Matters tonight in his Talking Points Memo and in the segment that followed. He named several influential media figures who regurgitate content and talking points from Media Matters uncritically. O’Reilly promises more segments on Media Matters in the future.
The diagram below shows how George Soros and other rich far-left Democrats funnel money to Media Matters, a well-financed left-wing “media watchdog” that, in the words of one reporter I know, “works the refs” by goading reporters into skewing their reporting to the left lest they attract Media Matters’ ire.

O’Reilley has one of the largest heads in North America, but sometimes valuable things come out of it.
O’R is doing what the NYT and WaPo should have done years ago. Gee, I wonder why the BrainDead Media won’t touch this one……………..

So much for a free press.

I like O’Reilly, he’s entertaining and makes a lot of good points. As far as this goes, he’s making it sound like Soros literally tells these people what to say and they say it. I think it’s a bit more subtle than that. These people (Rosie for instance) just buy the crap Soros and Moveon etc sell. They’re very open to suggestions that Amerikkka is evil.
Silky Pony does it to get some votes from the “base”.

It begins. I heard Bill say a couple of weeks ago he was going to start targeting operations like Media Matters and news organizations that spread lies and propaganda. Good for him. As I watch this clip though, I’m concerned for Bill’s safety.

Thanks Bill, keep the pressure on. The left is insidious and if it is unchallenged it will rot the very foundations of the Republic.

I think I am going to learn the morse code, smoke signals and how to communicate via hollow log drums. These twits would like to stiffle the likes of O’Rielly and all opposing views.

In the world of a liberal, the 1st ammendment exists so that you can pee on a cross while you burn an American flag. Actual political speech, without a left wing bias, is too controversial too be allowed.

Regarding the Democratic Party, MoveOn PAC director and Soros operative Eli Pariser boasted,

Media Matters For America (MM)
Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW)
Veterans For Peace (VFP)
United For Peace And Justice (UFPJ)
National Lawyers Guild (NLG)
The Ruckus Society
Center For Constitutional Rights (CCR)
World Can’t Wait (WCW)

I think we are heading to a point where eventually this stuff is going to boil over and we will see the death of political correctness and the reinvigoration of the first amendment in popular society and culture. Couple years.

Wow. That took guts. O’Reilly is already hated. Now he’s made himself public enemy #1.

I haven’t watched MSNBC in a while but media matters representatives used to be on Joe Scarborough’s show all the time, and Air America people were on Tucker Carlson’s show all the time. I always thought it was interesting that the “conservative” shows on MSNBC were basically used as platforms for liberal organizations, while Olbermann won’t let a conservative anywhere near his show, unless they’re bashing Bush or Republicans.

Yeap, McCain-Feingold, wonderful legislation………
Wake up America, if it’s not Soros, the next time a Democrat looses an election, it’s “Voter Fraud” and the army of lawyers……….. Thanks Al.

The Left are fundamentalists. They will go to any length to silence their opposition. And it’s justified, since they’re ridding the world of knuckle-dragging, mouth-breathing Nazis. Rosie could display Bill’s head on a platter on “The View” and her audience would wet themselves with glee. God, help us all.

Horowitz owns this issue, and Front Page Magazine’s dissection of the Tides Foundation and Ford Foundation are quintessential reading if you want to understand the dangerous left.
Moyers is crooked right down to his heirs and PBS is complicit and crooked. They all follow Stalin’s analysis of the power of media control.

Glad someone with an audience his size is taking on Media Muddiers. The Imus thing was the last straw.

ROTFLMAO! They’ve got a flow chart! Awesome! It’s like one of those organized crime trials!
Soros as the Godfather. John Edwards, Barry O, and Chillary as the caporegimes. Time to invoke RICO, my friends, and send these thugs to prison for life!
P.S. There’s breaking news that Soros had Bruno Tattaglia hit at 4:00 this morning. Head for the mattresses…

Interesting crawler at the bottom of the screen cap,

Soros is one of the most dangerous ingrates this country has.
Two good things:
- he might be highly disappointed again in 2008, and
- he’s as old as he is.

McCain-Feingold pulled the funding legs out from under the Democrat party, as they’d always had less money from small donations.
Once that happened, Soros could step in with “stealth” funding and “buy” the Dems.
Pariser wasn’t kidding – and the Dems know who their master is.
On the other hand, I have no doubt that Soros would have tried to do the same thing with the Republicans if he could have. While his philosophy is collectivist, he’s mainly concerned with power.
Oh, and he helped NAZIs steal from his “fellow” Jews while he pretended he wasn’t one, and stood by and watched them be taken to the camps, and later revealed in interviews that he feels zero guilt over having taken part in that.
So that’s the kind of person who owns the Democrat party now.
Well, that and the money-laundering and the South American drug farms he owns (awful lot of cheap remote land he owns down there… undeveloped, unpatrolled…)

People can crap on o’reilly all they want, the fact is, he’s really good on a lot of issues. No one agrees perfectly on *every issue*. He’s spot on a few things and I’m thankful he’s a hard hitter on them, cause the others in the MSM are not *gasp*.

burn mccain for that sell out. I can’t believe you.

Read Orson Scott Card’s Empire. In the story, the attempt by the left to take over the country by revolution was led by a “Soros-like” figure.
If you like Card’s kind of science fiction, you’ll like this novel.
Card is a registered Democrat who is disgusted at what his party has become, especially since 9/11.

To be honest, I think Rosie isn’t in on it. I think she’s the real deal. She is right up there with Soros in terms of her beliefs.
If I were Soros, I wouldn’t use her for anything. She’s the Fredo of the liberal world.

Read this interview with Richard Poe. He lays out what the “Shadow Party” is and how it came to be.
