So there’s these three jihadi’s sitting in a bar talking to a pedophile….

I’ve always thought that the single most effective way to deal with terrorists … would be to mock them. Mercilessly.

After they’re dead of course.

We need a while genre of “jihadi” jokes.

Brilliant!! And if you think you don’t know any jihadi jokes–wrong!! This is perfect use for all those awful Pollack jokes that are taking up space in the attic of your brain from when you were a kid. For example, who can forget: Why did the jihadi carry sh*t in his wallet? For identification.

And the one about the two jihadis who were raking up a whole yard-full of leaves? They piled them on the truck but the tarp kept falling off. So one of them got out, and spread-eagled himself on the tarp to hold it down. As they were driving down the street, a couple of guys were working on a roof. One says to the other, “Hey, look! Someone’s throwing out another perfectly good jihadi!”

Recycling never felt so good. And remember, these jokes are brand-new to the jihadis.

can’t agree more… and domestically too, the cho incident. I think he is getting what he wanted, and other are seeing that he got what he wanted, he got attention on a global scale, his only memorial holiday, nationwide constant 24 hour dissection of his every moment in life. was he sick, blah blah blah… his face should not be shown, his words should not be read, his videos should be burned. all knowledge of his name and life should be erased from the record as if he were never born… then the public would see to repeat his offense would result in the same for them.

I totally agree. He has gotten more face time than he deserved. The news stations are salivating over this. Trying to outdo the other in quacky stories. Give it a rest! He was a psycho of the worst kind and should not have been given this press. Evidently, the families of the slain students agree. The coverage of this is just sick, IMHO.

Michael J. Waller of the Institute of World Politics has rightly called for further use of ridicule in our political warfare. Several cases in counterterrorism come to mind which might support Waller’s approach. Apparently that mysterious and terrifying man Abimael Guzman was somewhat demystified in Peruvian eyes after the release of a single videotape: the great man was caught looking silly, dancing drunkenly, at the wrong kind of “party gathering.”

That is a really smart idea. It works with political opponents. As much as certain people were upset with Ann Coulter calling John Edwards a “faggot,” the ridicule of being called that by a woman definitely damaged him politically. No one can look at him without thinking about Ann Coulter’s comments.

We need to severely embarrass terrorists in the same way, so that their comrades and potential recruits look down upon them.

Besides, when you have senators comparing our troops to Nazis, you have to ask who’s mocking who.

Exactly. It’s perfectly PC–in fact, it’s downright “patriotic”–to mock our president, our troops, and anyone who supports the war. Especially if it decreases support for President Bush and the United States and/or gets us out of the war faster. However, we wouldn’t want to do anything as terrible and offensive to our enemy as to allow Burger King to use an ice cream swirl logo that looks a little like it might say “Allah” in Arabic.

Some of the conservatives and independents fell for that BS. Now they have to live with the crops they helped to ‘sow’. Hopefully lesson was learned for 2008.

I completely agree. It’s a highly effective strategy, as has been proven by our enemies (the liberals) who mercilessly mock our president. They’ve succeeded in siphoning away his support and a great deal of his political power through nothing more complex than mockery.

Not that I mind bombing them back to the stone age (well, except for the fact that they already live in it), but bombing means we take them seriously…

One of the best mocking Zarqawi got was when AP fauxtographed him into a white dress, after his death. My comment then was something similar to “Like a virgin”. Now that we know he was a real pimp, how ironic that was.

And isn’t terrorism also a form of pimping? Lately even for children (video where 12-year old beheaded someone in Pakistan).

I agree with the need to show the human side of these monsters: fallible, vincible, ridiculous. But do you think that groups like CAIR and our friends on the Left (i repeat myself) will put up with it?

Isn’t waging a PR war against terrorists going to get jumped on by the groups already infiltrated in our country?

It is great news, though, to see that we have top minds and strategists on TWFKATGWOT.

Oh, we got so-very-serious about them! And there’s no avoiding the fact that the consequences of what they do can be tragically serious.

But the terrorists themselves? Laughable. Ludicrous. C’mon. Their greatest victory was a lucky moment with a box cutter.

These people are losers. They’re dumb as rocks. They’re ugly and they smell funny. Their biggest problem is that they desperately need to get laid. Their all a bunch Chos.

If we were smart, we’d stop giving terrorists publicity – ever – unless it was to mock them, or air video that makes them look as lame as they really are.

If a kid has grown up hearing “jihadi jokes” his whole life, it might give him pause to becoming one later in life.

The results of terrorism may be terrifying – but the terrorists? They’re pathetic. Losers. They are walking, talking jokes. In a fair fight, the average troop of American Cub Scouts could beat up the average squad of short, skinny terrorists.

Not that I mind bombing them back to the stone age (well, except for the fact that they already live in it), but bombing means we take them seriously.

I wish we’d all just point and laugh. And tell Jihadi jokes. It would get rid of them faster than the bombs.

And the B-52 bomber is an enemy force divider and subtractor. Let’s try using it on A.Q. in Pakistan. Mushy can claim it was his own artillery.
