She has been on the factor and would be the ideal counterweight to Rosie on the View. It gives me hope people like her and Whitlock may be waking blacks up to rise above and stop their fixation on the color of their epidermis.

But, for so long, their words went unheeded until, recently, they got a push from another Doctor named William Cosby. And, who, due to his celebrity, blacks, especially, young blacks, are beginning to listen to Sowell’s, Williams’, and Cosby’s message of entitlement.

Are we, then, starting to see a crack in the J&S Black Victimology Institute that has been telling blacks for the last 40 years that they are incapable of doing anything for themselves unless they get help from them?

Jason Whitlock certainly sounds like the reason for that crack, which, in time, could be the genesis for a new song: “We did overcome”.

I’d very much enjoy seeing and hearing that.

Get off the victim schtick and realize that the most advantageous place to be in America is minority and ambitious and competent. Talk about just raw opportunity for success and being welcomed with open arms by business and politics!

Hell I WISH I was minority. It would’ve made building my little business MUCH faster and easier. Big contracts are often heavily biased in favor of minorities, especially if the funding is coming from any governmental or private foundation sources. I know this for an absolute fact, having dealt directly with it for years now.

Thompson/Steele 2008! Now that would be a historically significant Administraion on many many levels. It would be so good for our Country.

I have always thought, from his columns and ESPN appearances, that he does take a contrarian position sometimes just to highight himself.

Has he learned that the charge of racism doesn’t solve all of society’s ills? I doubt it.

He was correct in calling them “Terrorists” because that is what they are. “Terrorist” is not exclusive to “Islamo-Terrorist”.

Nope. Sorry. We don’t play the liberal game of tossing around words so much they lose their meaning. “Terrorist” has already been watered down too much.

Got a bomb strapped around you as you walk into a pizza place? You’re a terrorist. If you don’t come pretty damn close to that, you aren’t.

Calling Jackson and Sharpton “terrorists” is as weak, lame, and inaccurate as liberals labeling everyone they disagree with as “fascists” or “Nazis.”

In both cases, it dishonors the memories of real victims, and makes the term so meaningless that its robbed of its impact – which is dangerous.

There are, however, plenty of accurate words to choose from. How about: idiots? Asshats? Race-baiters? Racists? Scumbags? Haters? Hate-mongers? So many nice choices. But not terrorist.

Articulate, intelligent, calm, reasoned and right. What a breath of fresh air.

Son: In civics class we learned about the 2nd Amendment in the Constitution, and how it guarantees free speech, but your telling me we can’t use the n-word. How can that be?

Dad: Because the keepers have seen to it that their cultural heritage supersedes free speech.

Son: But, what about the Supreme Court?

Dad: Well, they, too, have seen to it that one’s culture supersedes free speech.

Son: But, Dad, what sense does make that if everyone already knows what the n-word is, yet are not allowed to speak it?

Dad: Son, can you say – Twilight Zone?

Son: BUMMER!

Maybe the ideal way of behavior for some is to say nothing. Their thought and a thought that kind of makes sense is, whole Imus thing will blow over in several weeks. Then, we will be on the next “new thing”. They will seize the day/week on a different topic.

There is always a “New Thing”. “New Things” keep the 2 publicity hounds / extortionists relevant to some. The “Some” are the loudest people on earth, who have their “Ho’s” the press megaphoning their message. Leaders, like Powell, Rice and some others have other things to worry about, let the blow hard extortionists Jackson and Sharpton (imagine the way Rush pronounces their names)blow over when the Press gets bored with this issue.

He’s kinda got a point. Terrorists is just about the only think that fits for what they do….
