It’s sad that the Black American voices you hear from the MSM are racists and con men, when in fact there are a majority of Black Americans that don’t buy into the sham.

Amazing. I follow sports and did not hear about this story. Did the MSM take a pass, or was I asleep? I have not followed the NBA closely for several years. The more the hip-hop culture has infected the game, the less I am intereseted. That and the fact that Howard Shultz ruined the Sonics before selling them to out-of-town buyers…..

There is no profit for Sharpton, Jackson, et. al. in a successful, educated black community. No self-respecting, educated, independent individual would allow either of these opportunistic SOBs to speak for them!

That’s why Al and Jesse prefer to keep their followers poor and ignorant. They actually love it when someone like Imus comes along with a comment like his because it’s free publicity for them.

It is time for black men and women to stand up to the coarsening of our culture by the hip-hoppers et al., just like it is time for the moderate Muslims to stand up against the Islamists who are promoting the ideals of jihad. When white people and Westerners react to these “movements,” they are racists who are trying to hold down minorities. When their own people take a stand, then the thugs and fanatics have to listen and respond. They can’t play the racism card.

In recent years, Jason has very hard on blacks who 'play the card' reflexively. Did you know that another black columnist in the KC Star, Rhonda Chriss Lokeman, wrote this little gem in Sunday's paper?

By the time of her arraignment, the hair was taken down. At the jail, they take away hairpins, weave tracks and braids. So when Girl mugged for the cameras, shouting to reporters, “I’m innocent, man, I’m innocent,” she looked like any other nappy-headed inmate processed through Jackson County corrections.

And we all know about Fiddy Cent and his ilk calling women "hos", so if a black person calls another black person either nappy-headed or a ho, there's no problem. So the only problem is when WHITE folks say these words. And that takes us back to the other N-word. If it's wrong for white folks to use these words, it's wrong for everyone to use them.
