“Jew Watch” cretin still footloose and fancy free at YouTube

We wrote about this back on February 27. I flagged the video featured in that post as inappropriate at the time; no action. Some of you surely flagged it as inappropriate too; no action. He’s been piling up more vids since then and his account remains fully intact and accessible, despite the fact that the atheist who put together a laundry list of violent quotations from the Koran had his account zapped twice because of it. Here’s one of cretin’s latest, a drool about AIPAC in which he actually calls for Nuremberg-type laws to bar Jews from owning newspapers or banks.
Do me a favor. After you watch, follow the link and flag it as inappropriate. If they see a few hundred of these things coming in, maybe they’ll be forced to act just for PR purposes.

Done. Saudi propaganda money flows freely into our universities because of morons like this guy.
Connie on April 4, 2007 at 12:45 PM
Done. Done. Done. Even us Dixiepublicans know when to point fingers.
Limerick on April 4, 2007 at 12:49 PM
Yup. Done. Twice now, on one video.
Nothing.
Slublog on April 4, 2007 at 12:50 PM
if he’s doing ‘Jew Watch’ why is he dressed like Moses?
Defector01 on April 4, 2007 at 12:52 PM
I could smell his bad breath through my computer. Yuck!!!
DieselDude on April 4, 2007 at 12:53 PM
Done.
EEprom on April 4, 2007 at 12:54 PM
If this guy can afford a computer and camera, surely he can afford a dentist and a pair of nose hair clippers.
SouthernDem on April 4, 2007 at 12:56 PM
I did it as well…..had to sign up for an account just to flag it (not much of a YouTuber).
JadeNYU on April 4, 2007 at 12:57 PM
flagged. now let’s see what happens. *crickets*
pullingmyhairout on April 4, 2007 at 1:01 PM
Done. Not that it’ll do any good.
dalewalt on April 4, 2007 at 1:04 PM
Done and done. What a lunatic.
John on April 4, 2007 at 1:10 PM
Done.
Posted too.
commissar on April 4, 2007 at 1:25 PM
Done.
Might I also suggest that we follow the links of those that commented in agreement with the cretin and flag them too?
opusrex on April 4, 2007 at 1:28 PM
Flagged….
liquidflorian on April 4, 2007 at 1:30 PM
YouTube isn’t going to ban this jerk, he’s just “speaking truth to power” which is a code phrase meaning that he’s insane and needs to up his meds.
RedinBlueCounty on April 4, 2007 at 1:42 PM
Inappropriate Nose Hair.
Kini on April 4, 2007 at 2:02 PM
I post this on his video
These are the same lies that the Germans used before ww2. do a little research! I thank God that this guy is part of a tiny minority, I am afraid that the far left is giving people like this more weight by echoing so many of his lies…

This piece of crap should not only be red flagged but checker flagged. If you know what I’m saying…….
soulsirkus on April 4, 2007 at 2:09 PM
Santa Claus is an anti-Semite?
Matticus Finch on April 4, 2007 at 2:47 PM
I’m all for silencing people’s speech. Where do I sign up?
Nonfactor on April 4, 2007 at 2:52 PM
I flagged it too.
CCRWM on April 4, 2007 at 3:16 PM
What does it take to get you banned? Apparently your defense of a Jew-hater is not enough. So, F*CK YOU A$$HOLE.
Andy in Agoura Hills on April 4, 2007 at 3:25 PM
So you don’t think it’s inappropriate, Nonfactor?
Matticus Finch on April 4, 2007 at 3:29 PM
So hate speech is okay with you, then?
Or are you just pretending at contrarianism?
Slublog on April 4, 2007 at 3:47 PM
By my count, 13 people on this thread have flagged this video, plus me and,I assume, AP.
15, at least, complaints in less than 4 hours and it’s still available.
Well, Non-factor, you can rest easy; if you want to whip up hatred against a particular ethnic group, a multi-national corporation will help you out.
billy on April 4, 2007 at 4:21 PM
The moment starts criticizing Jihadi terrorism, he’ll be banned.
At the moment, he’s only slamming the Joos, so it’s okay with YouTube
uptight on April 4, 2007 at 4:32 PM
Stole my thunder.
Honora, quick question, what would be “over the line” to you? Understanding words do have consequences, relevant to the IQ and education of the listener, knowing that feelings of group hate are easier to instill than understanding and tollerance. What would be “too hateful”?
PinkyBigglesworth on April 4, 2007 at 4:51 PM
Flagged.
robblefarian on April 4, 2007 at 5:23 PM
Flagged, but only because of YouTube’s double standard.
Laura on April 4, 2007 at 5:58 PM
Have I mentioned lately that Nonfactor has the most appropriate username ever?
I think we’re well on the way to proving empirically that YouTube is an anti-Semitic Organization.
I mean, they might be banning anti-jihad videos and leaving the jihad videos up out of base cowardice, but why is this crap still there? Are they afraid “Psycho Santa” here is going to hunt them down?
Merovign on April 4, 2007 at 6:35 PM

EnochCain on April 4, 2007 at 6:57 PM
Done.
How sad it would be to go through life as unhappy as that lost soul. It’s as if he did too much LDS as a youth at Berkeley (like Capt. Kirk alleged of Mr. Spock) and suffered permanent damage.
Zorro on April 4, 2007 at 7:25 PM
Stupid question of the day: If the Joooos control all media (and you tube counts as media) than how come this crap is still up there?
John on April 4, 2007 at 8:09 PM
Flagged as well.
Robert Prather on April 4, 2007 at 8:19 PM
I should add that I only flagged it for the reason Laura did: a double standard. I’d be happy to leave that up if they would treat the atheist guy the same way.
Robert Prather on April 4, 2007 at 8:21 PM
The freedom of speech includes hate speech. Christopher Hitchens gave a great speech about it.
Here’s the link: http://onegoodmove.org/1gm/1gmarchive/2007/03/free_speech_6.html
It’s hilarious that you find defense of freedom of speech more offensive than “F*CK YOU A$$HOLE.”
Nonfactor on April 4, 2007 at 9:17 PM
This guy has freedom of speech.
However, he does not have the absolute freedom to say whatever he wants as part of the YouTube Community. I’ve had an account with them for some time, and in flagging his video for removal, am simply trying to get the company to enforce community standards against hate speech.
Slublog on April 4, 2007 at 9:45 PM
Blast. Hit post too soon.
Private companies are under no obligation to tolerate those who do not obey their rules. From YouTube’s Terms of Use:
When this guy signed up for a YouTube account, he agreed to these rules - in a sense, he agreed to a form of prior restraint. Therefore, he has only as much freedom of speech as is allowed by the company hosting his rants, or the community of which he is a member.
So in agreeing to that prior restraint, he gave up his first amendment right to absolute free speech.
Slublog on April 4, 2007 at 9:50 PM
And the joy of silencing someone’s speech you don’t agree with is just an added bonus, right?
Nonfactor on April 4, 2007 at 9:56 PM
So you don’t believe that people should be held accountable to rules they agree to follow?
Do you agree with this guy, Nonfactor. Do you hate the Jews?
Slublog on April 4, 2007 at 9:59 PM
Why are you so interested in defending what he has to say?
Would you be so tolerant if he were ranting against gays? African-Americans? Mexicans?
Tell us, Nonfactor. What line does this guy need to cross before you’d want to silence him?
Do you agree with campus speech codes?
Slublog on April 4, 2007 at 10:01 PM
“Cretin?”, maybe. But don’t forget that according to his website he *is* a “certified librarian.”
BrunoMitchell on April 5, 2007 at 9:00 AM
Certified, or certifiable?
Slublog on April 5, 2007 at 10:20 AM
Free speech is one thing. The selective defining of hate speech by YouTube, Digg, etc. is quite another. His numerous videos have been flagged inappropriate since the beginning to no avail.
Valiant on April 5, 2007 at 10:53 AM
Any one got the number for the Anti-Defemation League?
Oh, wait! Here it is.
