If that picture shown on the home page (front page?) had been taken in North Carolina in the 60’s, it could have been labeled: KKK Rally in Raleigh. That’s not a very good image to display in America these days.

Musharraf is reported to have order an airstrike on the Lal Masjid, inside his own capital city, but the military declined.

If that is true, I think it invalidates the whole point of Time’s article. If only 13% of the population is in favor of radicals how do they already have the power to override Musharraf’s military commands?
