Her logic works just as well with Holocaust denial. Try it!
258,000+ votes cast in the AOL poll. As of this writing, 62% say Rosie must go.
Update: I guess we were overdue for this.

Wade, thank you for the list. Darn, Meet the Robinson’s looked like a funny movie to take my kids to. Oh well…
I plan to email this to everyone in my address book.

I’m kinda curious as to what the news division must be thinking at this point. They just overtook NBC in the ratings and Hurricaine Rosie is about to destroy the network!

Ever notice that when you go to the fat pig’s blog the comments are “off”. Wonder why that is? Maybe because this smelly porcine just can’t handle what the outside has to say. BTW the smelly part is authentic. I had the unfortunate fortune of being trapped on an elevator with her and not even right quard could have covered it, and I honestly did not know who she was at the time.

I am a little irked at HotAir for constantly posting about Rosie O’Donnell, because:
a) I have to look at that ugly puss every time I come here.
b) she is not a radical leftist or even a craven liberal ideologue, she is just simply an absurd and pathetically befuddled blowhard. Why waste such time on her?
Ken McCracken on April 2, 2007 at 8:26 PM
C’mon, don’t be so hard on her.
After all, she’s got a nice ass….. Too bad it sits on top of her shoulders.

LOL
You brightened my day.
Tanx.

In the God Father, Don Corleone tells one of his sons; ‘keep your friends close and your enemies closer’.
The implication being that, for your own safety, you must know what your enemies are saying and doing.
Therefore, using that logic, I do not believe O’Donnell should be silenced. Give her as many forums as she wants. In the meantime, listen and learn about your political enemies.
In the long run, she, like others of her ilk, will be the reason for their own demise.

As an aside:
ABC cannot do anything about O’Donnell, because they are owned by Disney, admittedly, the largest employer of gays in the entertainment industry.
pocomoco on April 2, 2007 at 10:43 PM
so clearly, I cannot trust the goblet in front of you. Sorry, that popped into my head after reading that sentence. Reminded me of ‘and Australia is entirely populated with criminals, and they are used to people not trusting them, so I clearly cannot trust the…’ and so on. If ABC fears litigation for firing her (they fired me because I’m gay) what if they claim it was because she’s ugly? It’s still ok to discriminate against the ugly. Hell, people encourage each other to discriminate against the ugly. It’s almost a public service.

Are you suggesting some sort of boycott?
Do you even know how most TV advertising is bought?
The vast majority of these ads are bought through ad agencies and are done on the basis of gross ratings points. With very few exceptions (Special events and true “mega” hit shows) you purchase “x” number of ratings points and your ads run accordingly. If a particular show has become too controversal special request to either be on that show or not are handled but I’d bet that most of these advertisers aren’t truely sponsers of “The View” but just buying network time.

Now one has the right to speak and think freely without consequences. If you believe that we do I challenge you to stand in a crowded restaurant and yell FIRE or tell a angry mob to pick up rocks and smash windows. You’ll soon end up in jail for inciting a riot.
See what happens if you tell your doctor that you think about killing yourself or think about raping little children. You’ll soon be in a mental hospital under observation Wfor your own protection in the fist case and the protection of others in the second case.
There are limits to everyone freedoms and it’s time people realize that.

I love how she’s pursuing an “inquiry” and says she’ll “investigate” 9/11. It’s like OJ’s hunt for the killers (minus the personal responsibility aspect).
dorkafork on April 3, 2007 at 9:39 PM
When the advertisers learn that consumers won’t purchase their products so long as their products are advertised during “The View” then, by your own admission, they will become concerned and contact ABC, who broadcasts “The View” and let their feelings be known “We don’t want to be associated with Rosie O’Donnel, Joy Behar, and “The View.” It is causing concern among many US Citizens and we refuse to be associated with this program” or something to that effect.
Furthermore, you said that they buy advertising time on the network. They can tell the network that they refuse to have their ad run during the time “The View” is broadcast.
Where the broadcast times differ, the local stations can be alerted to that fact.
