Quote of the day

“It’s kind of striking that an angry facial expression is consciously valued as a very negative signal by almost everyone, yet at a non-conscious level can be like a tasty morsel that some people will vigorously work for.”

Please don’t post any more pictures of that terrible Rosie, it makes me ill to look at her.

anger faces seemed to be rewarding for high-testosterone people but aversive for low-testosterone people

I wonder what Pavlov would say?

I sure love to tease…and look forward for the give/take.

On a serious note, so much can be read from faces, especially from eyes.

Rosie doesn’t look mean in that caption, just stupid, I mean, she looks normal.

NO.MORE.ROSIE

Can’t take it and, it is also a waste of time

Like I said to one of my sisters in law about another sister in law at the occasion of my mother’s funeral “I only ever want to hear about her again if she dies or is committed to a mental institution.”

I feel the same way about Rosie.

Interesting article, with a “take” on people who provoke which I’ve never heard before. To me, it depends on the person. If there’s something about them which annoys you to begin with, then prompting an angry look from them is normal. It’s the way people try to control others.

Yeah, as for the Rosie pick – I don’t see anger there, just ignorance.

GREAT! Now I know what Rosie looks like having a bowel movement…… Nice!

PinkyBigglesworth on April 2, 2007 at 12:19 AM

Angry? Maybe. Could be sitting on a snuke.

He and lead author Michelle Wirth measured testosterone levels in volunteers and then had them do a computer task in which certain complex keyboard sequences triggered different images on the computer screen — an angry face, a neutral face, or no face Bryan shaving face.

Guess what image I’m seeing?

Why is it that every time I see a picture of Rosie it reminds me of ‘Deliverance’…….oh yeah, the pig squeel.

DoctorDentons on April 2, 2007 at 6:11 AM

Please,I beg of you, no more of this pig..

Viper1 on April 2, 2007 at 6:46 AM

We’re all invited to Allah’s this weekend for a screening of Exit to Eden, featuring Rosie and Dan Ackroyd in bondage gear.

She lives by the same credo as The Donald, that any press is good press. You’re feeding her insatiable ego, please stop. Treat her like the nothing she is.
