This is the real problem with Romney’s fundraising ploy. It’s not that he’s buying support; it’s that he’s doing so on not nearly a grand enough scale. He’s got his newsboys selling Grit door-to-door while Hillary’s acting like a corporate raider.
Not the first palm she appears to have greased, either. Ah well. Different rules.
