How is this any different than the indignity of our Justices consulting “international law” to rule on our Supreme Court cases?

The U.N. runs us in so MANY TRAGIC AND OBVIOUS WAYS.

Thank you Robert fro a great VENT>>>>>>and THANKS FOR THAT GREAT HUG AT CPAC!!!

With a near negative birth rate of GERMAN NATIVES in Germany, is it any wonder that sharia law is taking hold?

The MAJORITY of new German citizens are named Mohamed, or some variation of “MO”, and soon the only place German will be spoken is the “midnight poker party in Hell” featuring Hitler and company.

Mark Steyn makes GREAT sense. Its all about the demographics.

Me again, but I thought of one more thing….

THE MOMENT WE PUT ON WHITE GLOVES TO HANDLE THE “Book of Peace” at GITMO, was the moment that we admitted that we were the FILTH THEY CLAIM US TO BE.

THAT ACT ALONE
signaled the beginning of our own unwillingness to see OURSELVES AS (at least) EQUALS TO MUSLIMS and play on the same court.

How hard is it to beat an adversary who has no faith in ITSELF? We have made ourselves too easy a mark. They laugh at us.

Buying into the neuroses of killers was our first mistake. Sadly, it will not be our last.

THE GLOVES HAVE TO COME OFF SOMETIME. AND SOMETIME SOON!

I wonder if Christa Datz-Winter comprehended the relative ‘control’ the state imposed at the time of her removal from this case? The verse cited by Judge Datz-Winter does say husbands may beat their wives just as clearly as the laws in Germany say otherwise. German jurisprudence turned her out as effectively as she would have forced this plaintiff back into a threatening situation. Swift removal of such destructive relativist mulit-culti elite should pound that message home as the logical endpoint (to quote Robert).

DITTO THAT!

We ought to call what you cited “Napier’s Law.” That was brilliant; thanks for the education.

Treat immigration as a national security issue. We wish. With this Congress and this President seeking to implement an immigration reform plan that will exacerbate our problems, is there much hope for a stop to the deluge of illegals cruising across our borders?

AMEN!

I think that so-called judge should be required to spend a month acting as the psuedo-wife with that abusing husband. Then we would see how she would rule her court.

God Bless us ALL. Sometimes I feel as though I have stepped thru the Looking Glass.

Robert Spencer for President!

IndependentConserv on March 27, 2007 at 10:27 AM

I like this Napier chap.

Spence speaks wisdom every time. Fox needs to get a slot for Spencer and 60 Minutes needs to drop that twad Andy Rooney and let Spencer do the last five minutes with a Jihad Watch roundup.

This wack job german judge is “simply the logical end point of the disasterously self-destructive, relativist multi-culturalism that has governed euro weenie pean policy for decades….

Brilliant! Simply effen BRILLIANT!!

British General James Napier announces checkmate.

locomotivebreath1901 on March 27, 2007 at 7:14 PM

Well, the wheels are coming off the Western truck. We’ve been trying to enjoy “personal peace and prosperity” since that’s all we believe in anymore. Pretty soon, we’re not going to have that.

PRCalDude on March 27, 2007 at 7:44 PM

Great Vent Robert.

I also loved the reference to Napier! The general certainly had a way with words.

Zorro on March 27, 2007 at 8:19 PM

Just…. unbelievable.

A few months ago, there was an article about a Christian politician in Europe saying that, personally, he thought homosexuality was wrong, but would uphold the existing gay-rights legislation in his official capacity. Sorry, I don’t have a link. This guy was forced to resign from his position due to “hate speech.”

Now we have this particular corner of Europe trying to cite the Koran in a court case. I’m glad the Germans sacked her, but it should never have come to that.

Anton on March 27, 2007 at 9:08 PM

Was that judge sacked or merely removed from that case?

IMO, that judge should be fired, disbarred, and blacklisted from holding any job at any level of the legal profession ever again. Too bad that won’t happen.

MattSkosh on March 28, 2007 at 12:04 AM

As always, well done!

Thread comment metrics:

“Rosie Blows The Lid Off The British Soldier Hostage Crisis:” 147 posts to the comment section.

“Jihad Watch (in which Europe once again flirts with Sharia):” 17 posts to the comment section, or 14 if you pull out duplicate posts by seejanemom and myself.

Look, neither one of these features is anything new. Rosie says something dumb every day; and likewise Europe flirts with Sharia every day. But could we all at least pretend to pay attention to the more important of the two?

Anton on March 28, 2007 at 6:20 AM

I went to public school, but didn’t I hear something about Germany not so long ago and some sort of war for the Aryan fatherland?

And now the judges there cite the Koran?

My head hurts.
