It’s very hard not to have a nuke em all mentality after seeing this kind of stuff. The kid is what? 5 or 6 years old? That is at least another generation of our country tracking down and killing their kids.

Well, it is why I reject Just War Theory that claims that civilians are not valid targets. It isn’t the military in this case that is corrupt, it is the entire people group.

If you made up a fictional enemy for a movie that exactly mirrored Hiz’b'Allah, Al Qaeda, Mahdi Army, etc., the reviewers would be all over you for creating a villain with no sympathetic qualities, being unrealistic, unbelievable, etc…

Reality is less believable than the movies. WTF?

This ad reminds me of some of the work of the (self-labeled) great “social commentary” sci-fi and horror directors, who “parodied” reality with horrific or bizarre twists – that look like PSAs in the Middle East. Again, I implore you to tell me, WTF?

I’ve seen videos like this in the US. But the message was that our actions as adults can lead to very negative consequences. I think it was an anti-gun commercial.
