Another Global Warming lie debunked !!

The Cascade mountains are a major mountain range of western North America, extending from southern British Columbia through Washington and Oregon to Northern California.

“Global Warmers” have been telling us for years that the snowpack in the Cascades has shrank by 50 % in the last half-century. This is a HUGE LIE !

Mark Albright lost his position as a Washington state associate climatologist when he pointed this out, even thought his colleagues all quickly agreed that the 50 percent number was wrong. What’s the real number …. well they can’t agree, but they all agree it is much… much lower.

Once again the “Global Warmers” do all that they can to stop the debate because they know whenever the facts meet the light of day, they lose.

Durant is mature beyond his age. I was surprised in an interview where he said he had never scored more than 30 pts in a game unitl he came to college. He must have been a team player in high school. Yeah I love the horns and it’s true the Fans don’t travel for their basketball team like they do for the football team but the Horns are building a basketball tradition!
Durant is the best player in College.

Where the winner is decided on computers and polls, and only a handful of teams even have a chance at the title at the start of the season. Whereas in college basketball even the little guy has a shot at taking down the big boys, and everyone gets their shot (whether it’s in their conference tourney or in the big dance). And I don’t think an entire season can be considered an event.

IMO, this is the best sporting event in America, and the first four days of the tournament are the best days in sport. Next week’s games and the Final Four are almost anti-climactic to me.

I picked Florida in my pools. A vanilla choice for sure, but after making more provocative picks in other years and finishing dead last, you try to learn from it.

The Oregon Quack Attack is still flying, though at a much lower altitude than I would prefer. Hopefully they are just getting warmed up and will return to the form they showed when they scorched the Pac-10 tournament. Here’s to the demise of the tournament “darlings”: Winthrop.

Durant is pretty awesome. It is unfortunate that The Horns will have to get beat again by The JHawks in the final four.
