[...] All smoke and mirrors, says our Ro. She knows where the boat was and she knows who’s behind this and it has nothing to do with the Iranian government, even though they, er, admit to having the sailors in their custody.
[...] We know she’s a Truther, but a Looser? That’s the word from Access Hollywood in this link that people keep sending me, but as much as I hate to say it, I think big Ro’s the victim of a smear here. AH cites Page Six for news that Rosie’s involved in a new version of “Loose Change” bankrolled by Mark Cuban and narrated by Charlie Sheen. Except … Page Six doesn’t say that. It names her in the piece with Cuban and Sheen, but only as an example of another celebrity who’s gone batshinola on 9/11 per her blog posts about WTC Building 7. No link to the movie at all.
<b><i>VinceP1974: "What’s weird about the Truthers is that none of them will ever explain to me why Osama and KSM admit doing it when they had to know they would be attacked by our armed forces for admitting such. Do the Truthers suggest that Al Qaida is willing to be killed in order to keep Bush’s secret?"</i></b>

Vince, Vince, Vince. Osama & Khalid are part of the conspiracy, CIA agents ordered by Bush to take the blame so that it would draw attention away from Bush who ordered Karl Rove to mastermind the whole thing. It's really all so very easy to explain if you're completely insane.

<blockquote>Gregor, got a problem? You seem to be at odds with the HA staff quite a bit…

Anyway, my guess is use of slurs is what set off the mods. I could be wrong and if I violated policy, my apologies, I signed up during the first open signup, and haven’t bothered to examine the ruleboard since.

No, not really too much. That comment wasn't directed at you in any way. It was a little sarcasm related to the banning of another member last week for making similar comments. I wasn't suggesting that you should be banned and I have absolutely no problem with your comment. I had argued that the previous poster should NOT have been banned.

I simply pointed out that there are remarkable similarities to what that member had said about Muslims, to what members say about other religions or beliefs every day without so much as a mention, including Christians, Mormons, truthers, NAU believers, Rosie, Hillary, and liberals in general. I'm just not sure of the difference, other than Allah seems to have some personal reaction whenever anyone speaks negatively toward Muslims or homosexuals. Meanwhile, he seems to enjoy negative comments toward Christians, truthers, and NAU believers. So to me, it's more a personal issue than a moral issue with Allah.

With that said, this post was by Ian and was in no way directed at Ian. Again, it was sarcasm directed toward the previous banning for using the word "hate." While I didn't agree with the way the member wrote the comment, I didn't feel it was excessive or that it broke the terms of use.

But that's not my call. The HotAir staff has the right to make that call as I do on my own blog. We are obviously guests here, but that doesn't mean we must always agree.

Other than the occasional issue I have with attacks on Christians and Tancredo, as well as the customary over-reaction to any negativity toward homosexuality, I think Allah does a fantastic job and I've actually defended him several times against some who ask for his firing.

<blockquote>I agree and disagree; the real question is, why does ABC continue to give her a platform?

saint kansas on March 16, 2007 at 9:25 AM</blockquote>

ABC gives her a platform because we pay attention and react. If the reaction was a big yawn, ABC would soon give her the "Buh-Bye! There's the door."

We like Ann Coulter because she gets under the skin of Liberals. Libs love Rosie because she gets under the skin of those in the right.

With the leftie dominance of the media, we will never win a battle with the likes of Rosie because the MSM is on her side every time! We end up just looking like defensive bigots to them. (as in "Leave the fat lesbian alone you bigots!" )

Sorry if that offends you, but that is the "modern" democratic party. Look what moveon.org is up to, read the other thread about the prof. and his 10 points. These are not isolated instances. This is the modern Democratic party. When Moveon.org say they own you (the generic you), they prove it by intimidating your people to pull out of a debate. Rosie is revered by the Hollywood left, and if you don't think they influence, look at where the first high profile fund raisers were held. And the room is full of Rosies, Arkin's, Baldwin's, Penn's, etc., etc. They believe this and the Democratic leaders do not distance themeselves. You saying you don't believe, means very little, you support the leaders that support these wackos. You can't have a "get out of the party" card for saying Rosie is a whack job. She, and the movers that are pushing your party, accept and embrace her.
You and many others are caught between the proverbial rock and hard place. You are afraid to walk away from a party that you once knew and embraced, yet you can't be associated with the Democrats and be taken seriously.
As one of your illustrious leaders used to say "I feel your pain".

I appreciate Rosie because she's just saying what everyone on the left believes - correction: wants to believe. Because if they actually believed that their government did this then they would be too afraid to speak out in public about it and - if they had a modicum of intelligence - they would pack their bags and head for Canada or somewhere they could get asylum. Wouldn't it be supremely stupid, (if this were even a viable theory,) to stay in a country where the government was out to KILL you? It's like I tell my goofball friends who "love" Noam Chomsky; if he hates capitalism and he hates the US - why is he here selling books? Does that make any sense to you?

Only 1 question is necessary in debunking these Bush bombed the WTC retards. "What were the planes for?" No Really, What were the planes for then? Bush could have blown up the WTC without any planes. I mean why bother making it so elaborate when you could have just planted some explosives and blamed whomever anyhow?

It is telling that yesterday she defends a terrorist, and today shines the light on the 9/11 conspiracy.

Simple test...25% of the population is retarded. There are 4 panelists on The View and Rosie is retarded.

E.M. We can only hope that's true, she'll never make it on her own unless she gets a job at MSNBC and goes even further than Keith Olbermann. Daytime talk would eat her alive, she'd never get the solid ratings needed, she'd get spikes for her crazed ranting until it got old and no one watched anymore.

Gregor, got a problem? You seem to be at odds with the HA staff quite a bit...

Anyway, my guess is use of slurs is what set off the mods. I could be wrong and if I violated policy, my apologies, I signed up during the first open signup, and haven't bothered to examine the ruleboard since.

<strong>The Big Picture, Rosie...</strong>

We're not sure how George W. Bush gets away with all of these complex conspiracies--being a mildly retarded chip and all--but if he and his devious, fascist administration really did engage in a massive and complex conspiracy to down WTC......
