I’m pretty sure that if most Muslims were white, liberals wouldn’t have any trouble realizing that Islam is a totalitarian ideology. For them, it’s all about “privilege.”

Good interview, let’s hope Ali lives a long life.
She also says that, concerning the media, the “global village” needs to step forward and report on the various atrocities of the Muslims. NYT, CNN, MSNBC…Are you listening?

Excellent point that needs to be repeated:
You see large numbers of muslims protesting when Mohammed is drawn or the Koran is flushed down the toilet, but you do not see this when an act of jihad is carried out.
Therefore when there is a car bombing or a school shot up or anything that the west says is Radical Islam and there is no protest by the Muslim world because these radicals are defiling Islam. . .It’s because these atrocities Are In Step With Islam.

It is simply amazing that Bill Maher is the closest thing to MSM to give AHA a microphone. You would think that all of the libs, NOW et. al. would be leaping at an opportunity to report on the oppression women in muslim countries must endure.

A great and courageous lady.
Ms. Ali should take on ISLAM at its heart & write “A WOMAN’S KORAN”- by scrubbing out all of the patriarchal nonsense and later homicidal suras, leaving only the compassionate, alms giving, and decent segments.
Even if it was vilified by the dogmatic mullahs and imams, it would give 600 million Muslim women something to think about (and their husbands, fathers, sons and brothers EVEN MORE to think about.)
