Huge ditto here dostrick. I just watch Boxer go through her little intimadation of Imhoffe in front of the Gorabacle and craped right in his face. Oh, is payback going to be s super-bit**h in 08′!!! These Dem’s have done SQUAT since they took over the House but the power is in the Senate before it reaches the Pres’s desk. I’m also disappointed to see another figurehead in conservative online media make a Luddite comment that this looks “slick”. (It’s another instance the Left blogosphere will point to, suggesting the Right is far behind).

As digital edit of the original commercial, this is pretty much a quick and dirty hack job. Doubt it took one person more than a couple of ours. Or a day if he lacks talent.

Its extremely well done and pushes exactly the correct anti-Hillary buttons. It brings to mind the SBVT ads, subtle with powerful underlying emotional anchors.

What is pretty much universally accepted by people both left and right is that Hilly is power mad and thinks she knows how you should live your life, get your health care, is mendacious, brutal and overbearing. Even my lefty wife acknowledges these things about her. That ad communicates all those things without actually saying them – always the hallmark of good political advertising.

Whoever ends up running against Hillary! in the general election will have to push the same buttons one way or another.

Seriously, though, what are the racial overtones of this message? The Big O’s messenger is a jiggly hammer tossing Nordic chick?
