In the interest of accuracy, I have to say I don’t know that she “switched”.

As hot as she was, and as much as she might have deserved E.D.’s old chair (as Kiran had been doing the weekends for quite some time, and really did a great job), she and/or her managers were a-holes for trying to get Gretchen fired (if those reports are to be believed).
