I think Jimmy is trying to catch up to Clinton. It’s not enough for Carter to be the worst president of the 20 century he’s going for the Clinton legacy. Disgraced, disbarred, impeached, and his party lost the White House when he left. We can’t impeach Carter any longer but he’s going for broke on the disgrace part. Maybe he should appear with his brother Billy.
