There’s a reason you see so many new screen IDs appear out of nowhere to suddenly post on specific subjects, such as the NAU. And there are reasons why the same thing happens just prior to any election. You might remember the constant flood of comments prior to the mid-terms urging everyone to vote for independents. You might remember Allah suddenly shocking everyone with his suggestion that he would vote a straight Democratic ticket just to punish the GOP.

Coincidence?

The stock market message boards are filled with the same people, posting misinformation on various stocks in an attempt to mislead buyers or to influence prices.

This sort of misdirection and misinformation has been used as a tool throughout history. Even by the CIA and FBI.

It’s done on purpose, and it’s very effective.

Dammit, Agent Jenkins! He's onto us! He's figured out the ONLY thing the government has been able to keep secret in the past century DESPITE THE BESTS EFFORTS OF THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE WORLDWIDE COLLABORATING TO HIDE IT!

[...] I hope he does get in, not only because it would force even more attention towards the borders but because the closer we get to the election, the warmer I am to the idea of an anarchic three-, four-, or even five-party race. The GOP is as weak as it will (hopefully) be for years to come. If ever there was a time to embrace the free-for-all concept and let the chips fall where they may, this is it. And just think how giddy it would make the North American Union windmill-tilters. [...]

It should frighten you to your soul because they are doing what they want without the assent of the American people...last time that happened their was a very big splash called the Boston Tea Party.....Time to form another one. SOON!!

Everything I've read about this coming North American Trade Union scares the crap out of me. It's the entire concept, as George W. Bush recently said, "Money trumps peace" and of course it follows money trumps laws and money trumps national sovereignty, money trumps the will of the people and on and on.

I think what scares me the most is that both sides of the aisle is in with all this, Democrat and Republican. I keep feeling that it is going to happen no matter who we vote for or what we do and "The United States of America" will just be a quaint notion.

In 2001 I first read this press release and couldn't really believe it could ever happen but then last year I learned that my land was going to be smack dab in the path of the I-35 corridor "NAFTA Superhighway" and that if I didn't take their "fair offer" the government would seize the land and give it to a Spanish company to build this PRIVATELY OWNED road.

Here's what I read in 2001:

A Blueprint for a North American Community

August 30, 2001

 Robert A. Pastor

integrate the infrastructure and transportation networks of North America;

create a development fund to reduce income disparities across the countries;

establish a North American Commission to prepare for the three leaders at their next Summit an agenda and options for promoting continental integration;

move toward a Customs Union in five years with a Permanent North American Court on Trade and Investment;

forge a more humane immigration policy that includes "North American passports" for frequent travelers, immigration preferences, and a larger temporary program with safeguards;

train North American customs and immigration officers to reduce duplication; and

eventually adopt a common currency.

Those who want to marginalize those of us who fear that a NAU is coming should consider that the EU started as nothing more than a series of trade agreements too. You should also remember that NAFTA was Jimmy Carter’s baby and Bill Clinton signed it into law in 1993. http://www.historycentral.com/Documents/Clinton/SigningNaFTA.html

Kudos for doing your homework on the beginnings of the NAU/SPP.You may be interested in a great website that has traced the beginnings of the NAU and have written in pain staking detail who all the players in the plan to destroy America as we know it

The August Review was one of the first to document how Jimmy Carter not only sold the Panama Canal but was the first Administration that appointed many CFR members to his cabinet including Robert Pastor.

"One of Carter's first actions as President in 1977 was to appoint Zbigniew Brzezinski to the post of National Security Advisor. In turn, one of Brzezinski's first acts was to appoint his protege, Dr. Robert A. Pastor, as director of the Office of Latin American and Caribbean Affairs. Pastor then became the Trilateral Commission's point-man to lobby for the Canal giveaway."

The NAU was continued by Traitor in Chief, Bill Clinton:

"In 1996, when Trilateral Commissioner Bill Clinton nominated Pastor as Ambassador to Panama, his confirmation was forcefully knocked down by Senator Jesse Helms (R-NC), who held a deep grudge against Pastor for his central role in the giveaway of the Panama Canal in 1976."

"Bill Clinton invited three former presidents to the White House to stand with him in praise and affirmation NAFTA. This was the first time in U.S. history that four presidents had ever appeared together. Of the four, three were members of the Trilateral Commission: Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter and George H.W. Bush."

..And George W Bush is going to put the final nail in the coffin of America if he is not stopped.He is just fulfilling the policies of three prior Presidents including his father.

"Congress clearly understood the risk of giving up this power to the President, as evidenced by the fact that they put an automatic expiration date on it. Since the expiration of the original Fast Track, there been a very contentious trail of Fast Track renewal efforts. In 1996, President Clinton utterly failed to re-secure Fast Track after a bitter debate in Congress. After another contentious struggle in 2001/2002, President Bush was able to renew Fast Track for himself in the Trade Act of 2002, just in time to negotiate the Central American Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA) and insure its passage in 2005.As a result, national sovereignty of the United States has been severely compromised - even if some Congressmen and Senators are aware of this, the general public is still generally ignorant."

I urge you to read "North American Union "Conspiracy" Exposed" by Cliff Kincaid available on The August Review

If the current undermining of the United Staes by the flood of uncontrolled illegals continues, no "union" of any kind will be likely, or possible, as Mexico's corrupt internal chaos and Canada's slow dissolution by foreign influences, and its slouching toward Sharia Law demonstrate.

It will be more a giant Balkanized slop bucket.

Corporate fiefdoms and entropy.

All to make the buck-uber-alles crowd happy in the fatalistic short-term.

But where they think they'll be able to flee to with their foolishly-gained wealth is the mystery.

Switzerland?

Surrounded by an Islamic EU?

Tahiti?

Subsumed into the Islamic Republic of France.

It don't 'get' the theory of: destroy your own country to make a fortune, and then have no place left to spend it.

Unless the people in the U.S. stop this flood of infil-traitors, and their suicidally-stupid enablers inside our borders, the future looks like one big Yugoslavia.

If our government would build the damn fence and make it impossible for any illegal alien to hold a job in the US I would be more than happy to dismiss the NAU as a conspiracy theory. Does anyone think I'll be dining on crow anytime soon? Of course not, Obama, Al Gore and Hillary love illegal aliens just as much as Giuliani and McCain and George W Bush.

Those who want to marginalize those of us who fear that a NAU is coming should consider that the EU started as nothing more than a series of trade agreements too. Wait a second. What exactly did John Hawkins "find?" There's absolutely nothing he's ever written which contradicts anything being said about the NAU. Zero.

Would you like to share?

Oh wait. Is this where you say you're not going to do the work for us, LOL?! I've read everything John Hawkins has written on the subject and he offers nothing other than to share his personal phone conversations with Tony Snow and Robert Pastor.

Funny how no one complains about the “lack of debate” when I do quick-take goofs on 9/11 Truthers.[/quote]

We all complain about lack of debate when there's no debate, Allan. lol

We have a group who visit our site -- who in the past have been pretty credible people, but have apparently fallen into the Conspiracy Theory Rut -- which includes believing, and PRESENTING evidence that isn't completely accurate, or is taken piecemeal from other information.

Most of what John Hawkins found is easily found by ANYONE taking the time to do the SEARCHING (I found most of it in the last few days after a battle ensued). In fact, I only just found Mr. Hawkins' material a few hours ago, and have quoted from it heavily simply because I'd FOUND it already myself and I'd left my notes at my job... and I really needed to respond to some stuff tonight.

Conspiracy theorists aren't generally Right Wingers... they are almost ALWAYS left wingers, who are very hateful to a Right Wing government (I know this because I've been dealing with these guys for 25 or more years). There are, of course Conspiracy Theorists on all sides of the spectrum about many things --- but when a Right Winger steps out on that limb.... damn, you just want to slap them off the branch.

IMHO Allahpundit should either come back and tell us this is an elaborate website spoof (unlikely since a google search immediatly brings you to the same site) or that he was wrong do dismiss the idea as he does.

Allah's take, via Hawkins is that the task force is only a meeting of minds for the purpose of giving advice and suggestions, and that it doesn't indicate any acceptance by our government leaders.

As I pointed out in an earlier comment, this is complete nonsense because:

1. It's posted on the embassy websites, as you stated. Are we to believe the government wants nothing to do with this, yet they have no problem posting it on an official embassy site?

2. Anyone bothering to actually READ the document will notice that EVERY SINGLE Suggestion made regarding what needs to be done for implementation is actually taking place right now, and the ONLY suggestion remaining is in the "what needs to be done by 2010" section which, if you're paying attention, is currently being discussed in detail by our government.

There is not a single suggestion or step in the documentation which is not being implemented as we debate this topic.

If you read the documents on SPP.gov, which is actual legitimate government policy and agenda, they match almost identical to the suggestions made by the North American Community Task Force.

Either our government is following the recommendations of this Task Force to the letter, or it's an unbelievably fantastic coincidence.

I posted the same link earlier, and even went as far as to copy and past two pages. I honestly believe they know what's going on, but they own stock in a few Mexican companies or something. There comments indicate an intention to mislead, rather than honest opinion.

I would honestly like to know if Allahpundit bothered to click the link to the site of the American embassy in Canada above? It is pretty straighforward unless this govt website has been hacked by conspiracy theorists.

ROFL! Yeah, that's it. I definitely said that. I admitted that. It's a religious thing for me. Yep. The NAU is all about God, lol.

Huh?

Dude! You're killing me.

Mellen, notice how spmat is desperately trying to change the subject? His comments are not even remotely related to the subject. This isn't by accident.

And yet they are more than willing to consider as Presidential candidates the very people the media chooses to tout as “frontrunners”.

Mellen on February 23, 2007 at 7:05 PM

Absolutely fantastic question. What's even worse, we're talking about the same people who have spent the last six years b!tch!ng and moaning about RINOS and fake conservatives, and now you see them urging us to vote for Giuliani, McCain, or Romney, lol.

Don't put too much trust in what these people say. There are reasons why blogs are filled with comments that seem to run counter to reason.

There's a reason you see so many new screen IDs appear out of nowhere to suddenly post on specific subjects, such as the NAU.

It's done on purpose, and it's very effective.

For you doubters this just in;

"It's official: Mexican trucks coming 100 companies will have unlimited access to U.S. roads"

"One hundred Mexican trucking companies will have unlimited access to U.S. roads to haul international cargo as part of a year-long pilot program, the Department of Transportation announced today

In return, 100 U.S. trucking companies will be allowed to operate in Mexico but at a later date.

Calling for congressional hearings, Teamsters General President Jimmy Hoffa compared the announcement to the "Dubai Ports debacle," charging President Bush is "playing a game of Russian roulette on America's highways."

And yet they are more than willing to consider as Presidential candidates the very people the media chooses to tout as "frontrunners". To me if the media puts their stamp of approval on them then I will look the other way.
I would rather support Tancredo or Duncan Hunter than sany of those preening clowns highlighted by the media.
