posted at 8:13 pm on February 21, 2007 by Ian
Sen. Obama responded to criticism he received from Sen. Hillary Clinton because of support from David Geffen:
Transcript:
‘My sense is that Mr. Geffen may have differences with the Clintons. That doesn’t have anything to do with our campaign… I’ve said I’ve had the utmost respect for Senator Clinton. I consider her an ally in the Senate. And will continue to consider her that way throughout the campaign…

She will cut your throat, long, deep and continous, from ear to ear and don’t you forget it for one second.

Notice he calls her “The Clintons.” Nice grouping there.

Well in fairness Cat, Geffen’s beef was with Bill and mentally transferred onto Hillary so “The Clintons” is accuracte in this case.

Past tense.
She’ll pick Mr. Richardson for VP because she doesn’t need Mr. Obama and has more advantages with the former. She only needs to get rid of B.O. for the primaries.

He’s certainly more articulate than Barkley. “Clean as a whistle, sharp as a tack.” The fact that he makes Hillary nervous is reason enough to keep him around.
Hey, anybody seen Joe Biden lately?

Hillary is not even going to make it ’till this November let alone Nov. ’08. Thank God. It brings just a hint of jubilation and confidence to the state of our union. In this case we better let sleeping dogs lay.
