It’s just the pilot light on another microphone (with amplifier? transmitter?). It’s black so it’s hard to see against her clothing. Check out the very beginning of the video. The light is on, then it goes off and there’s no sound until the man does something with his right hand (turning the microphone/whatever on, I assume), the light comes on, and he says, “How’s that?”

Thanks JimC … that explains it. That was a distraction for me during the entire video, I kept thinking… is someone pointing a laser at her?

She has such a unique perspective and insight into the issue of the Islamic Assault. It is always an experience listening to her views.

I think she is not correct about the difference between the Muslim in Europe and the United States with regard to radical Islam. I believe that the difference is that in the United States the law enforcement system is more sophisticated, more active, and more competent in pursing and punishing violent criminals with severe punishment including long long long prison sentences.

The first line of defense against the Islamofacist is law enforcement. This is why there is so much unrest in Europe, and in particular France, as opposed to the United States.

I think some, many?, cannot accept the modern world. they retreat into a fantasy of a world where a prophet provides all the answers anyone would ever ask. Islam is not inherently evil. But the supposed black-and-white view of the world that people hope to see in it, the idea of the noble oppressed and the misbegotten oppressors, that appeals to people. It’s irrational, but it’s there.

Mohammad prophesied, in the Hadiths, that the Ka’aba in Mecca would be torn down by a thin-legged black man from ‘Ethiopia’. (Bukhari 2:26:666)

Well… c’mon. Surely we have some thin-legged black men who contribute to this blog. What are you waiting for?
