On Tuesday February 20th, KNBC News in Los Angeles will FINALLY get the story told about what is happening in California’s Indian Country on their 11 p.m. edition. Tribes like Pechanga of Temecula are disenrolling tribal members in order to increase their gambling per capita. This dishonor of their ancestry is a crime.

Heard on the radio this afternoon, KFI640, an American lady, born here, calling in. She owns her business and has refused always to use her SS#. Went to B of A today to open an account, without giving her SS#, and was refused “We only open accounts without a SS# for illegal Mexicans”.

Any of you familiar with Ken Nordine? I found this piece of his on youtube in which he uses an old poem of Edward Lear to draw an unflattering portrayal of Saddam Hussein. It’s also interesting that two of the commenters were unhappy that he would use his art to do such a thing.
