Now …. Now mymanpotsandpans, lets remain unfazed. The Brits are actually OK in my book. Nobody can make me laugh like the Brits …. think Monty Python, Benny Hill or John Cleese. So they have made me laugh a lot, if they want to have a laugh now and again at my expense… well alright then.

Well the video cut out just before the end, but I am going to assume they survived. Now that they have tested American/Christian tolerance I think its time for them to go to the next level. I suggest the write something derogatory about Mohammed or Islam on their cars and try that same routine on any main road in Iran.

I know a lot of good Brits. Most of them have left the country because it is crime ridden. lostinfrance is right, it is an old British tradition to come to the US and make fun of our customs. It is time for an American to go there and turn the tables. There is plenty of material.

I mean, the COWBOY HAT…its BROKEBACK ALABAMA….

At the start of the show Clarkson commented on his choice of the pick up truck as “…you saw brokeback mountain and said, ‘I want a piece of that action’.”
Actually Hamster gets a lot of crap from the others about him being gay (he’s not), having his teeth whitened, being short, and for crashing that jet car at 300mph.

He’s a dipstick. Can’t stand the sight of him. Puke. The fact that his show gets seen in the US must thrill him to bits: ‘I loathe them and they buy my shows!’

Remember, most British shows who visit America do so to film us in order to laugh at us later. I watch these shows on Brit TV sometimes and they definitely enjoy showing Americans in that ‘oh, look how awful they are’ light. That Sacha Cohen guy didn’t invent anything – he just did what many Brit media people do but made a movie out of it instead of a TV show.

Cause I’m moving there.

now, contrast this story with the ruckkus stirred up when a northside library had a little fire which destroyed less than 100 books in the glbt section. it was immediately classified as a hate crime and the illinois family institute was smeared as an instigator. turned out that it was a homeless crackhead pissed off that she was told she couldn’t sleep there. at the pride festival a week later, activists were still “informing” the public of this christianist hate crime.
