Johnny Dollar sent me an e-mail this morning saying this was too funny not to post. I half-believe it’s an actress, but Gutfeld’s reaction seems too genuine for that. Andrew Levy wrote in this morning to ask me for a comment account; perhaps he’ll drop by and settle the matter. He also objected to my calling him a Clay Aiken lookalike. Upon further review, I agree — he looks more like the love child of Aiken and David Caruso.
Feel free to use this an open thread for topics Anna-Nicole-related or not.
Update: Levy settles the issue in the comments below: yes, that’s really Gutfeld’s mom.

Maybe his mom is an actress, did you ever think of that? (I didn’t.)

Just sent this about how Chavez’s Socialist utopia is leaving venezulan stores empty.

I don’t give a HOOT in the fires of hell for a tragic Monroe story…because that is what everyone will call it…what I care about is WHY ANYONE DOES CARE ABOUT THIS STORY.
We are addicted to POP CULTURE because it MATTERS to Americans what this bimbo did.
POP CULTURE is supplanting AMERICAN CULTURE and values that matter to decent folks.
We are commiting suicide in the country, slowly but surely.
AND WHO IS HELPING, BUT OUR OWN GOP.

His mom is great, with a wicked sense of humor. I hate late shows, and never watch them, but this one has me hooked. The music is cheesy, and very porny, circa 1980. They should play something like 2007 porn music. Not that I know anything about any of that kind of filth flarn filth.
No one paid me for this review. I am looking at you, Amazon plant reviewers.

Venezuelans had better rise up while Chavez is still consolidating iron control over his country and before squashes their remaining will for 3-4 generations.

I have watched this show since it started and it hasn’t caught me yet – it sounds too much like a bunch of, “in the know,” guys sitting around telling inside jokes that they get but that the rest of us just don’t quite get yet. I think the viewers will always be the outsiders and that isn’t the way to get and hold onto viewers in any significant number.
Each person seems to ramble on in their own world not really paying attention to the others, trying to find their one quotable line of the night.
Except the ombudsman – I love him!

Oh, I am so TIVO’ing this.
His Mom could take David Letterman’s mom in a fight. Easy. Boy, she’s a firecracker.
And, hey, SeeJaneMom: Lighten up, Francis. Or if you’ve gotta stick with the hysterics, write some new hysterics rather than cutting and pasting. Anna Nicole Smith is not a sign of the end of the world.
That’ll be global warming instead.

I love the Gut, but the show is hard to watch because of all the shouting and lame attempts at humor.
That and it’s hard to listen when your wife is in your ear shouting, “This isn’t even funny! They’re all A-holes!” Kind of spoils the entertainment value.
The fashion chick is cute.

Allahpundit was close to uncovering the real secret: Andrew Levy is a computer-generated character designed to be the visual amalgam of Clay Aiken and its creator, Thomas Lennon.
It’s all a sooper seekrit viral marketing tie-in for the Reno 911 movie, but I guess the lid’s blown off that scheme…

No way man, straight confused old lady all the way. Her segment should be extended by the way… While I think the show has a lot of growing to do, these segments are the best.

That’s Gutfeld’s mom for real, believe it or not. And not just real, but completely unscripted – we have no idea whatsoever what she’s gonna say. She’s priceless!
ScottMcC – way to ruin it for everyone.
Allah, I thought our agreement involved flattering comparisons to Brad Pitt. Consider this to be notice of withholding of payment until we straighten this whole thing out.

Actually I’ve determined that Andrew Levy is a “Composite Clone”.
You know… like Serpentor from GI.JOE (Shameless 1980’s refrence) An Evil Clone made from the combination of the genetic material of history’s greatest conqurerors….
Only in this case, they used History’s greatest poofy-haired musicians. (Rod Stewart, Clay Aiken, Barry Manalow…)
But as of yet I haven’t figured out how many musicians contributed to the clone… AKA Andrew Levy.
OR from whom the genes causing the caustic-yet-hilarious sarcasm are from…
