[...] Terrorism expert Steve Emerson duked it out with Alan Colmes last night over Norman Finkelstein, a clearly anti-Israel professor who wrote his own version of The Protocols of the Elders of Zion and who is about to receive tenure at DePaul University. Colmes, who is Jewish himself, once again took the anti-Jew side and stood up for the professor by taking the legalistic view that because Finkelstein hasn’t uttered the magic words “the Holocaust never happened” in print or in public he isn’t a Holocaust denier, even though the man’s books, scholarship and associations make it pretty clear where his thinking is on the subject.

Thanks for confirming that you are too base and simple to know that property theft is property theft. What a “remote” comparison.

Yes, they are alike in kind, but not remotely alike in degree. (sigh)

What’s wrong with you?? This is how she makes her living.

I never said she didn't have a right to be pissed. I think she got that across in her first post. What I resent, and I'll repeat it for the third time, is how she's hijacked the thread. I just got a radically high assessment on my house in the mail yesterday. Want to have to read several thousand words of my bitching about it? I thought not. That's my point, and it's pretty simple.

OOPS! My bad. You were comparing having your home and all your money stolen to having somebody citing your work without giving you credit. The comparison was so remote that I didn’t pick it up on first reading. You’re acting like this is the first time this has happened to you. How long have you been at this anyway? The fact remains, this thread is titled “Coulter condemns Imam; Ferraro and Colmes condone prayer,” not “Hannity rips off Al-Husainy piece: Schlussel fried!” Go bitch to somebody else; you’re not my wife.

Thanks for confirming that you are too base and simple to know that property theft is property theft. What a "remote" comparison. Real conservatives don't support intellectual property theft. But judging from your "writing," I can see why, since no-one's likely ever stolen from you.

Thank G-d I'm not your wife--that's a frightening prospect. But if you don't want to read what I have to say about someone stealing my work, here's a very novel idea: DON'T READ IT.

Everything isn’t all about you, kid.

When someone steals my hard work, it IS all about me. Get used to it. I'm sure when someone steals from your bank account or other property, you'll just say, well, they can take it if they want, because otherwise, it's "all about me."

Get a clue or several.

Thank you very little for your useless information. You know what they say about free advice, and in your case, it’s more true than ever. As for your STFU, perhaps I can steal from your home or bank account and see if your STFU comment will go over in response. BTW that STFU advice is best suited for a mirror near you.

Boy, you're a prize. I wasn't trying to give you "information," just trying, albeit acerbically, to get you to release your stranglehold on this thread. Then you threaten me with identity theft which has what to do with STFU? Speaking of STFU--that was my first post, and this is my last; how many have you made on this thread, and said the same thing in different ways nearly every time? Everything isn't all about you, kid.

An apology as well as recogniztion is clearly in order. This is not a joke to be sued over. This is an issue of professional and journalistic integrity.

These journalists and pundits are no better than the opposition if they can not maintain their professional integrity when presenting the conservative message.

This is an embarrasement for Hannity, and for those who generally support his positions.

“Look kid. I’ll tell you what they told me. SUE ME!” And he hung up the phone, with a bang, no less. So I’m telling you, sue Hannity or shut the f up already, because you are making me bleed in places I don’t want to mention. GEVALT!! Should I keep going here, ragging on and on about how tired I am of reading the relentless ragging on of Debbie the Al-Husainy expert, because my capacity to rag on and on about how tired I am of reading the relentless ragging on of Debbie the Al-Husainy expert borders on the near infinite due to my insomnia and Control V? No? Go thou and do likewise.

Sorry to hear that Debbie. I’m new to your work so correct me if I’m wrong but it would appear you need a best selling book to guest on H&C. They are
missing a great opportunity to rebut Husainy tomorrow night. Seems to me
their claim of support for Hezbollah would be stronger with the actual source
of the supporting evidence. Maybe they booked Jamil Hussien. He’s a prolific
source of information. Dare I say unfair and unbalanced? I’ll be watching nonetheless. I hope you get the credit you deserve. This has become a major
story. I’d be pissed too, under the circumstances.

Buck, no, I've been on H&C many times before, and you don't need to have written a book or anything else to be on. That's no reason to rip off my work and not have me on. It's "Unfair & Stolen" in my view.

Watch the video. Ann C said, “as long as the viewers get that Al-Husainy supports Hezbollah, thats all they need to know.” Debbie’s NY post column was Ann’s show prep. I’ve read far less informed commentors go on about far less relevant subjects. If it gets to me, I read another thread. Trust me, Debbie needs no legal advice from you and no defense from me for that matter.

I'm friends with Ann and she would never steal my work (or others'). She's very good about that. She did not even know it was my column, until I sent it to her, last night. She was merely repeating what Sean said in the intro to the segment (ripped off from me). She's upset I was ripped off, too. But, last night, they had on Mark Steyn, and he clearly ripped me off. Very clueless on the imam, too. Thanks, Mark.

Uh, thanks but no thanks for your useless "parable." What Sean did was wrong, and he's now done it on purpose two nights in a row. A stupid lawsuit over this would do nothing. Your advice is a waste of time. If you don't like hearing how Sean ripped me off, then complain to Sean about it. Tells me a lot about you that your more worried about my shining the light on it than about Sean's theft. So, I guess you are one of those people who enjoyed when Sean constantly spouted about Jayson Blair's plagiarism and fabrication, but when the shoe is on the other foot, you can't call him to the matt, bitching about me instead. I think the STFU you directed at me needs to be directed at your nearest mirror, very quickly. Please hurry.

correct me if I’m wrong but it would appear you need a best selling book to guest on H&C. They are
missing a great opportunity to rebut Husainy tomorrow night. Seems to me
their claim of support for Hezbollah would be stronger with the actual source
of the supporting evidence. Maybe they booked Jamil Hussien. He’s a prolific
source of information. Dare I say unfair and unbalanced? I’ll be watching nonetheless. I hope you get the credit you deserve. This has become a major
story. I’d be pissed too, under the circumstances.

You are wrong. I used to be on H & C all the time and they constantly use those who haven't written books. That has nothing to do with why they are keeping me off and ripping off my work, now for two nights in a row.

In fairness to Ann, she didn't read my column until I sent it to her last night. When I told her what happened she had no idea that this was my work. She just repeated what Sean used (ripped off from me) in the intro to the segment. She's upset I haven't gotten the credit either. This is not Ann's fault. It's Sean's and his producer, John Finley's. They deliberately screwed me. Although, last night, Mark Steyn completely ripped me off, and was still, nonetheless, clueless about the imam. Very tired of this.

Uh, thanks but no thanks for your useless “parable.” What Sean did was wrong, and he’s now done it on purpose two nights in a row. A stupid lawsuit over this would do nothing. Your advice is a waste of time. If you don’t like hearing how Sean ripped me off, then complain to Sean about it. Tells me a lot about you that your more worried about my shining the light on it than about Sean’s theft.

He is truly an embarrassment to those of Jewish decent.

Decent is an adjective and an adjective simply cannot be used in this context. The word to use in this situation is "descent." I am an expert on this issue and I will hector everyone on this thread into absolute screaming madness if they do not acknowledge that I am the MASTER OF THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DECENT AND DESCENT!! Submit! Submit! I am the expert, etc. etc. etc. call the rubber truck.

Debbie, I don't know you, and I'm sure you are very expert in all things Al-Husainy. Allow me to tell you a parable culled from my long, and occasionally interesting life. I used to have a friend who wrote stand-up comedy jokes, and guess what? One night he saw his stuff being used on Johnny Carson by Rodney Dangerfield. So he called and called, and finally he got R.D. on the phone. R.D. said to him, "Look kid. I'll tell you what they told me. SUE ME!" And he hung up the phone, with a bang, no less. So I'm telling you, sue Hannity or shut the f up already, because you are making me bleed in places I don't want to mention. GEVALT!! Maybe it would be okay for me to steal your work and property, and when you get mad I’ll just tell you to take “a calming pill.” It’s apparent you are not a conservative b/c conservatives believe in property rights. Your view is that thievery is A-OK.

UPDATE. LGF has video of Alan Colmes stating to Mark Steyn, Al-Husainy’s ties to Hezbollah are unconfirmed by Fox News…twice. And Al Husainy will be on H&C thursday night.

I read your blog Debbie. You are all over this guy. Your indignation is justified. Don’t let our peanut gallery rattle you. Who’s bringing the popcorn?

Buck, this is all the fault of Sean (and his producer Jon Finley). They know this is my info. They deliberately steal it and don’t give me credit, and Colmes’ claim that they’ve been unable to confirm that Al-Husainy led Hezbollah rallies is a complete lie (and Sean is in on that lie) b/c they both know I’m the author of the piece in the NYPost about that and that I said I risked my life to go undercover to those things. Not once have they called me to confirm. 2nd thing, last night, I called Sean on his cellphone after the show and asked why–since he knew it was my work–he used it uncredited and did not have me on the show. He acted like it’s no big deal and gave me a million different excuses about how he’s too busy. I suggested having Al-Husainy on with me. He explicitly promised me that 1) if they discussed the topic again, I would be on–a big lie, since they had Mark Steyn on tonight, not me; and 2) that my idea about having Al-Husainy on was a good one and they’d certainly have me on with him–another lie, since I am not booked to be on.

Bottom line: I risked my life covering the exploits of Al-Husainy and the work is the sweat of my brow, my hard work. Demanding credit does not mean I need a “calming pill.” And anyone who thinks otherwise should give me his/her paycheck and property. No difference. Sean knows this is my work. He admitted to me that he took it from my work and column. If my work is good enough to be used by them, I am good enough to be on to defend it. If I’m not good enough to be on, then quit using my work, uncredited. Sick and tired of it.

Tonight, I called Sean on his cellphone and politely asked him why he didn't keep his word to me and have me on and give me credit for my work on Al-Husainy. He did not answer. He simply hung up on me. Nice guy.

Geraldine Ferraro, and Allen Colmes, ughhhh!
The Democrats have become official apologizers
for Islamofascism. Troubling political party.

Thinks Debbie needs a calming pill. You certainly are not doing anything to help your cause in my opinion.

At a minimum instead of Geraldine being obtuse about what country he was referring ( as if it were not Iraq most likely) She should have sought the clarification she suggested was needed.

Who cares what the imam “meant” by “occupation?” A) He meant either Iraq or Israel; b) that’s beside the point.

The fact is, that the guy is an open supporter of a terrorist organization that has killed (and will continue at every opportunity to kill) Americans and Israelis, and the Dems invited him to lead them in prayer. I don’t care if he got up and recited the Lord’s Prayer, or read from the Torah. The fact that they asked him to be there proves that their sympathies are with the terrorists, and not with us.

Finally got to see it. Yes, Alan Colmes should be ashamed, but there seem to be a lot of Jews around who are in denial. Personally, I can't see how any informed Jew could ever vote Democrat. Geraldine Ferraro? Please. She had her 15 seconds and she is no longer relevant. Next. Ann was a little reserved. It was hard for her to get a word in though. The level of denial on the left is no longer just disturbing; it's disturbing and frightening.

Do I have a problem with Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and MO, Alan? YES. I have a VERY serious problem with that. The SAME words are said in Christian churches? You are so wrong Geri and Alan. We do not pray to Allah. We do not pray that peace means global, islamic domination.

CR, just a misunderstanding. You're talking about the Christian church, and Alan is talking about the Episcopal church...
