A little Saturday night special for the LGF and Tammy fans out there. I almost used the Marty Peretz photo here instead of Charles’s badass black-and-white mug shot.
But I chickened out. Those lizard links are too, too precious.

I’ve never seen so many freaks in one place in my life. Then again I live in North Carolina surrounded by patriotic sane people.

Kudos to LGF for the Forbes honors. What was it Tammy said “I don’t support the President because I’m a Republican , But because I love my country!” That is Powerful ! Damn Right I Love my country.

LGF had a hilarious post/comment section on ducks and poop and spines (I still think it resembled a colon) earlier today. sKerry, the protest and Hillary’s singing will provide months of punch lines …. I also had fun blogging about WHY “just poop” was relevant.

The amount of plastic surgery Jane Fonda and Susan Sarandon have had would feed a small impoverished town somewhere for years. Thank about that. Not one of these maroons spoke out about the atrocities and innocent civilian deaths when Saddam was in power. They all make me want to throw up.

Speaking of Jane Fonda, I hear “Hanoi Jane” is out there again – this time protesting the war in Iraq.

Someone on another thread suggested that we upgrade “Hanoi Jane” to “Jihad Jane” for this one…I concur.

I lost 30 minutes of my life the other night when I sat down and watched TV with my wife. Nothing was on good, i.e. reruns of Law and Order, so we watched 1 vs. 100. But during the show it finally dawned on me why celebrities and their opinions carry so much weight on the masses. Most are clueless to the world outside their line of sight. Case in point, the contestant was asked “Who is the President of Iran?” Now if you’re not familiar with the show you’re given three answers to choose from. The contestant didn’t know. She had to ask for help. So her help came when two of the “mob” members were selected. One had selected the right answer and the other a wrong answer. The contestant was then able to ask why they chose their answer. Both responded something along the lines “I don’t know, it just sounded right”. Luckily the contestant, who I might add was a dentist, was able to guess correctly.
During this whole episode it dawned on me. Some Americans have no ideal what’s going on in the world. Thank God Rosie and others are there to educate them.

What Tammy said about Hillary’s Cabinet and Supreme Court picks, I’d cry in public I really would.

Wouldn’t it be great if Superbowl Sunday was “Bring & Throw Your Little Green Football” day?

Last night (in Manhattan) I saw a few aging neo-Stalinists pushing their “Bring The Troops Home” placards along with their “Coalition for Peace and Justice” programs. Even in Liberalland just about everyone walked right past them.
