Video: Painfully inept anti-Bush propaganda of the day

You don’t always have to understand a poem to appreciate it. Especially when it’s written by imbeciles who thought it was a good idea to punctuate each increasingly clumsy line with “Boosh.”
Laugh if you want, sheep, but until the president is held to account for Natalee Holloway’s disappearance, the joke’s on you.
You can thank/blame Randy for bringing it to our attention.

Hahahahaha! Is that a parody of a goofy anti-Bush video? It can’t be serious.
Doghouse on January 21, 2007 at 9:36 PM
Favorite lines (aside form the obvious – Holloway, WTF?)…
“Did you watch the tape, of Saddam Hussein? Cuz in the middle of his praying, Saddam was hanged”
Ladies and gentleman, you don’t get more extreme left than a guy trying to paint Saddam Hussein as a sympathetic figure, talking about him praying when he died. (I wonder if his next jam will include praises of the shouting of Allahuakbar (praying) by…. every Islamic terrorist before killing themselves and others)
Another line: “The future is gone, no more moms for babies”… WTF? How are their babies without moms? And I think it’s the other way around genius. We kill 1.3 million babies annually in the United States alone (incidentally, this is pretty close to the amount of grown “non-fetus” killed by Saddam… you know, that poor religious fellow we hung while he prayed)
RightWinged on January 21, 2007 at 9:38 PM
Sounds like yet another Emminem-wannabe who wouldn’t even get on the reel of totally worth-less losers for American Idol.
Hyunchback on January 21, 2007 at 9:39 PM
To quickly elaborate, when I say:
I mean literally, you can’t have a baby without a mom. Meaning men can’t have a baby. If there are babies without mothers, I’m not sure how that relates to Bush…. but then again Bush is responsible for Natalie Holloway’s disappearance
RightWinged on January 21, 2007 at 9:40 PM
Does this mean that Greta’s going to start hounding Bush now?
ReubenJCogburn on January 21, 2007 at 9:43 PM
Nothing screams credible argument like a bad homemade rap video. The sad part is some people will believe anything about the “MAN” so long as it’s presented in their desired format, and it reinforces what they already want to believe.
Boosh…whatever

I haven’t heard poetry that moving since Amiri Baraka’s “Who blow up da owl?”

lorien1973 on January 21, 2007 at 9:57 PM
Nah… actually I haven’t blogged at my own place much at all since the elections, and while I had a few things I wanted to post about this week, my host is messed up really badly right now… can’t get my emails or get anything in my MovableType publishing platform to work. Sucks…
RightWinged on January 21, 2007 at 10:00 PM
How exactly is Bush responsible for Natalee Holloway’s disappearance. Was it his aggressive foreign policy against Aruba, or his intolerance for sugary beachside drinks?
That video will probably win an award at Sundance this year.
MoxArgon on January 21, 2007 at 10:09 PM
Poor little disenfranchised beggars. We are breeding a nation of “watch you gonna gimme’s,blame tha man,you owe me”uneducated,no talent idiots who have nothing better to do than to squeeze the working class for something, anything, they are not willing to work for themselves. How is that Bush’s fault again?
They need a big damn book that they actually read instead of using it to prop up the back leg of the living room couch.Go ahead, protest your way out of poverty. Losers!

Off Topic:
Been waiting and waiting for new podcasts from RealVerse. Now my iTunes is telling me: “‘realVerse’ does not seem to be a valid podcast URL. Please check that you have entered the correct URL and try again.” So I go to RealVerse and see something about Network Solutions.
Please tell me this means that Bethany has been added to the HotAir staff. Please?
I now return you to the regularly scheduled thread topic…

They forgot to add in this video…I stubbed my toe this morning….BUSH!
Yeah, they forgot “stock market record highs”…BUSH
“no attacks since 9/11 in America”…BUSH
“Lybia disarming”…BUSH
“Freely elected goverments in Afghanistan & Iraq”…BUSH
“Booming economy”…BUSH
Nothing like selective nonsense…I bet Natalee had the WMD info…
Oh, brother…

Isn’t it obvious? If you’d lay off the right-wing Fox News, I’m sure you’d know.
Dude! I was wondering the same thing the other day and forgot to check out the site… just went over there now and it’s gone! AP, any info?
RightWinged on January 21, 2007 at 10:20 PM
Well well well, another person on this planet noticed Bethanys’ disappearance. That brings the total to (let’s see…me…you…) 2. I’ve brought this subject up a month or so ago once or twice & nobody responded. Nobody.
I can’t give you an answer about what’s going on with RealVerse. Last I heard was she had a flu or something. Everybody here thought Bethany was excellent. But months of her disappearance from the net & I haven’t heard one curious peep from anyone, till you just now. It kinda freaks me out.

As a middle aged (very) white Texan I am completely lost in watching this vid. My old ears couldn’t even pick out the lyrics except something about the Busch brewery.

I like Eminem. I liked that video, too. I just wish it wasn’t so straight forward. Whenever we liberals point out how bad conservatives are for America, they resort to liberal bashing. Rarely do they actually DEFEND their hatred for truth, justice and the American way. Oh well. The Dems are in charge and are trying to get things back on track. LONG LIVE THE DEMOCRATS!
ps-730 days until the constitution boots the bum out of the White House (unless, that is, he takes issue with THAT portion of the constitution as well. Who knows? Stranger things have happened; i.e. U.S. support for international torture, warrantless wiretapping, kidnapping U.S. citizens without charge or trial, etc., etc., etc.)

There was no talent in that advertisement; no melody, no rhythm, no poetic talent, couldn’t sing, and they are not smart.

In the interest of balance, here is the romantic duet “All I Ask of You” from the musical “Phantom of the Opera” sung live in Japan by Emmy Rossum and Patrick Wilson, who portrayed Christine Dahye and Raoul in the movie of the same name. That is Andrew Lloyd Webber accompanying them on piano.
If you prefer the studio version, used in the movie, with a full orchestra, then enjoy this
Emmy was 17 years of age when she starred in the movie, and about 18 years of age at the time she sang this song live in Japan promoting the movie.
I like the sound of live music (Latin, Jazz, Classical, African, Afro-Caribbean, Socca, Hawaiian, Hindustani-Indian, Chinese, blues, rythm and blues, etc), especially beautiful voices singing beautiful melodies without a lot of technical enhancement.
Anyway,
I had to hear something pleasant after my ears were tortured by that crappy rap piece!
Then there is always Mario Lanza.

****LIBERAL STUPIDITY ALERT****
Notice the syntax whereby this dunce reveals a fundamental truth about liberals! This numbnutz doesn’t even realize that liberals “POINTING OUT HOW BAD CONSERVATIVES ARE FOR AMERICA”, is CONSERVATIVE BASHING! See, them calling us names is par for the course, we should accept being called “Nazi’s and Fascists” but you call one sodomite loving baby killer a bad name and they act like you killed a baby or something.
Proving that they are the spawn of Satan, they reason just as JESUS SAID THEY WOULD! BACK-ASSWARDS!
See they champion causes like “Save the Whales” and “Greenpeace” and “Save the nearest Tree”, all to show how “good” and “compassionate” they are. Meanwhile they slaughter babies wholesale . They build up a careful mythology about how they’re the champions of the POOR AND DOWNTRODDEN. Yet they’re proud enough about murdering children to offer Planned Parenthood TEE-SHIRTS which say “I Had An ABORTION” which roughly translated means ,”I’m PROUD I KILLED A KID”. See, they strain at a gnat, they have their “speech codes on campus”, they’ll appear at the swearing in ceremony for the new Speaker of the House, DROWNING in children, the ones they let live that is, all to show how “good” they are. But inside they’re full of dead bones and cancerous cancre, swallowing a lie as big as a Whale, which allows them to look at an ultra-sound, see a baby sucking it’s finger and think it’s a good idea to kill it. Unable even to see how “pointing out how bad conservatives are for America” by calling them Nazis, is worse than anything said about a hell bound liberal.

Metro on January 22, 2007 at 12:20 AM
LMAO! *hangs head in shame* since I’ve been arguing THAT one to no avail with my liberal friends…
JetBoy on January 22, 2007 at 12:24 AM
Their beats are lame
And their rhymes are lamer.
Like Valerie Plame,
Just another Bush-blamer.
You know that their politics
Are f***ed up and skeezy,
From their cheap keyboard licks
So incredibly cheesy.
These D’s don’t please me,
But they will never release me,
So I’m movin’ on up,
Just like George and Weezy.
To the GOP, see,
It ain’t too PC.
We will stomp the Donks
Like Marines killing VC.

“Liberal Friends” …. Isn’t that sort of like “Moderate Muslims”?

I mean, for no good reason, they show Kanye West and Mike Meyers when they talk about Katrina.
I think this is brilliant satire.

Kanye West rambles on about Katrina. Pretty much makes a fool of himself.

I use to hate Country Western music until I heard rap.
Texyank on January 22, 2007 at 10:48 AM
Ok this portion I can’t wrap my head around being too white and all…
my countrys Bush’d up — we need Marvin Gaye
cus the government is turning into Barnum, Bailey
For one thing, it doesn’t rhyme. Gay does not rhyme with bailey. And looking through the entire “rap” he rhymes the first line with the second. So he ruined the structure of his Rap to say this. So what does Marvin Gaye have to do with the government turning into a circus? Is he implying that our government needs some sexual healing?
Keljeck on January 22, 2007 at 10:55 AM
oh my god, that was hilarious.
What does Natalie Holloway have to do with anything?
let’s add a few more lines:
gas prices dropping – BUSH!
my 401-K is hopping – BUSH!
that’s all i got. Yo. Word.

Actually, 8 house reps proposed doing away with the presidential term limit back in ‘03. Wouldn’t you know it, 6 of them were democrats. Wonder who they would like to try to re-elect?
righteouschops on January 22, 2007 at 1:01 PM
“gekkobear,”
Congratulations!
You had the good sense, and the self control, to actually stop watching that piece of garbage, thus saving yourself unspeakable, and as yet, unfathomable misery, suffering, and psychological and emotional damage!
I envy you. I made the mistake of watching the entire thing and now I am an absolute mess!
I watched and listened to “All I Ask of You” being sung by pretty Emmy Rossum, and her co-star Patrick Wilson, live from Japan, watched and listened to Mario Lanza singing “Nessun Dorma,” and sat with my nine year old daughter watching couples dance Salsa and Mambo, all to get the awful images and cacophonous sounds of that creepy, crappy “rap” trash, piece of political BS out of my mind, out of my memory, out of my being!
I enjoyed All I Ask of You, Nessun Dorma, and the Salsa and Mambo, but the awful memory of that crappy, offensive rap piece still lingers … AAAAaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!
Oh, the humanity!

That pretty well sums up the entire left wing of politics.
Liberals: We never met a dictator we didn’t like.
RedinBlueCounty on January 22, 2007 at 4:18 PM
“RedinBlueCounty,”
The leftists-liberals-fifth columnists have nothing of value to say or listen to.
The US has been inside Afghanistan around five years, and in Iraq a little less, and the leftists-fifth columnists-liberals have their panties in a bunch likening Iraq to another “Vietnam” which is telling, because the Democrats actually had a big hand in involvement in Vietnam.
The fifth columnists-leftists-liberals also have the arrogance to scream “quagmire,” and “how long are we going to occupy Iraq? Bring the troops home, now!”
Where are the voices of the Leftists-liberals-fifth columnists regarding Bosnia, Kosovo, etc? The US has been occupying that area since the mid 1990s. They carpet bombed Christians for days on end, for weeks, killing innocent people while helping support the aggression of Muslims who had already been involved with wreaking havoc in the area against the very people the US was attacking.
Bosnia, Kosovo, Herzegovina, etc., were NOT threat to the US, yet the leftists-liberals-fifth columnists had NO problem getting the US involved there, and we are still there, and they don’t scream “Get the troops out NOW!!!!”
No. The real problem is their sinister, hate filled, dark hearts which cannot help but hate and attack conservatives, people with high ideals, people who believe in God, people who want to do the right thing, people who have morals, values, and a conscience. The vindictive leftists-fifth columnists just love to trash the US, President Bush, the military, and so on, but have not scruples.
They even want the US to do something about Darfur? Why? Darfur is not threat to the US. What should the US become involved in Darfur?
Nevertheless, the US is condemned for attacking al Qaeda in Somalia, and for unseating Saddam Hussein and freeing Iraqis after Iraq blatantly was in non-compliance with 17 US resolutions and the cease fire agreement of the Gulf War, and costing the US and Great Britain money and resources to enforce the no-fly zone, and firing at US and British forces, and also involved in supporting terrorism. After 9/11, there should be war waged on any and all agents who are terrorists or support terrorism.
The left-liberal-fifth columnists shoot themselves in the foot, and put their foot in their own mouth, by virtue of their very self condemning words.
