crr6, the "idiot" comes out when I spot someone like you continuing to hide after wasting my time engaging them. YOU CLAIM that the ad is political, not me. If it's political, and it's not because liberals do think America is the problem, then why? I'm not even saying that is it (even though many liberals do openly state that America is the problem), I'm simply saying that you called the promo political, yet you've refused to explain why and I've asked you 3 or 4 times now.

Why can you simply not just respond? Because like ever other liberal, you know I'm tired of repeating myself, so now we've reached the point where you can ignore all the real points and just respond to tinier tangents you started.

As for the gay marriage post... Are you just now openly wanting to prove me right that you liberals offer nothing but diversion when you have nothing to support your idiotic claims? I don't know if those are my exact words, but they sound about right... it came after dealing with someone who was surpringly worse than you who reached a level of retarded most liberals can only dream of.

That said, it's now your turn to divert some more and once again, I'll say in response to you calling this a political ad:

<blockquote>Let me make a comparison… Is it political to show endless coverage of 9/11 memorial ceremonies, etc.? I mean, there is a side that believes we deserved it, and/or that the terrorists had a legitimate greivance. Or that this was their version of a legitimate military attack, etc. Is calling those that died victims and mourning them nationally with nonstop coverage a “political” statement? How about any time an anchor says something along the lines of “… this great nation…” Is that political?</blockquote>

Now even if you grow a pair (or are forced in to responding to that, because you know I'll keep bringing it up), you still lose... because I've had to beg you to simply explain it to me. If you weren't such an evassive diverting liberal turd in the first place, I wouldn't need to sink to the level I wind up going to with you people... I'm also just about completely done wasting time showing any respect to any liberal/Democrat after what they've done to the war in Iraq, dividing the country, and lying through their media about anything and everything. You people frankly make me sick (here's where you divert and try to turn my "emotion" comments back on me again... which is ridiculous, because this is a sidebar, and doesn't have anything to do with your emotion victim card whining about being called anti-American because you criticize Fox, despite the fact that this doesn't happen.) (and again, this is not a diversion like all your crap, this is as I explained earlier, an attempt to cut you off at the pass from some of your likely diversions... I do this all the time because you liberals are too predictable)

Anyway, get back to the diversions.. I suggest saying something about O'Reilly being a conservative, claiming that unemployment is only down because people stopped looking for work in this terrible economy, or that Katrina was due to global warming which is Bush's fault (these are tried and true diversions that every liberal must have in their arsenal)

i believe this would qualify as pidgenholing a negative response to the add as anti-american...

<blockquote>I know you consider Fox to be a rightwing network, so is it your contention that this is a conservative political message… which goes against the politics of the left that thinks America IS the problem? Is that what you’re saying?</blockquote>

you couldn't comprehend any reason to find this add odd other then fitting into your comfortable view that liberals think america is the problem (which could easily be read as anti-american).

oh, and this is my favorite
<blockquote> I swear, you have to be a complete idiot, slightly insane, and function strictly on emotion if you want to be a liberal</blockquote>

so your arguments are free from emotion? Aren't you the one back in a gay marriage thread who was argued into pitiful incoherent mess , telling proponents of gay marriage to "get that dude's balls out of your face"? You get argued past 1 or 2 responses and you just fling around "idiot" and other slime. I should have known I was wasting my time.

<blockquote>rightwinged…you talk about diversion, I didn’t respond to your first post because it was about a discordant, rambling mess. You couldn’t directly respond to my post without ranting about the evils of the left. You don’t exactly provide clear concise responses yourself.

crr6 on January 21, 2007 at 1:41 PM</blockquote>

I won't fully deny this... but I do this to avoid chasing you people down to get back to the point. I've dealt with WAY TOO MANY of you liberals, and I know enough to not just give simple answers because you'll spin and divert it in a million areas. I like to get out front of your predictable spin so you have no where else to go. It seems it worked perfectly on you, because you've still not attempted to respond. How is it that you were able to just read my last comment enough to tell that I busted you for not responding, yet you ignored the rest?

In your most recent desperate diversion you attempted to pull the "victim" card and say that us evil conservatives call any of you who dare criticize Fox, "anti-American"... You chose not to provide any evidence of such a practice (despite me specifically asking for it), but anyone with an ounce of common sense knows it's BS and totally irrelevant ot the "America is not the problem" point.

Again, YOU CLAIMED that this ad contains a political message, I went in depth and cut you off at the pass on all of your diversions, and again to bust your "political" message "not news" claims I have to repeat myself:

<blockquote>Let me make a comparison… Is it political to show endless coverage of 9/11 memorial ceremonies, etc.? I mean, there is a side that believes we deserved it, and/or that the terrorists had a legitimate greivance. How about any time an anchor says something along the lines of “… this great nation…” Is that political?</blockquote>

If you need other comparisons I could go on for days, but I chose the most obvious for a simpleton like yourself. Now please respond to points... instead of trying to explain why you don't respond. Weak, dude. Weak.

You are very much mistaken. Considering that it was the first operational jet fighter, the Me-262 was an excellent aircraft. Like many German military innovations, it was simply too little too late to have any real effect on the war’s outcome. The He-162 also showed great promise.

Pearl Harbor was a 'legtimate' military attack. I'm sure those 22 sets of brothers on the Arizona would have said....'look at it from THEIR prospective'.....

<blockquote>Having said that, you wanted an example of fox wrapping itself in the flag? They use the flag constantly in their promos, and in every show, and I believe (correct me if I’m wrong because I may be) that they were the first to begin using it in a corner on their screen after 9/11. I believe that there goal was to make it so that critisizing fox became synonymous with critisizing america, and apparently they’ve suceeded with some people here. You critisize the left for claiming absolute moral authority, but when anyone critisizes fox they’re pidgenholed as anti-american. I just don’t want a network that is so ideological. Pro or anti american.

Wow, for a minute I thought you might be a semi-reasonable liberal... it's now clear you're as big of a dishonest psycho as any of the others.

You say you don't want this to be partisan (even though it's YOU who has been insisting that saying America isn't the problem is a political message), and then you go on to make some some idiotic story, like a classic liberal to make yourself the victim of us evil conservatives calling you anti-American.

Name one time you or anyone else was called "anti-American" because they criticized Fox? I swear, you have to be a complete idiot, slightly insane, and function strictly on emotion if you want to be a liberal because I'm constantly surprised by the insanity of your comments. You're just so weak in your argument that you turn to this "don't call me anti-American for not liking Fox" crap when no one said anything of the sort. VICTIM! VICTIM! Quick, someone get the ACLU on the phone for crr6!!! Will you people stop jamming God down his throat and forcing him to read your 10 Commandments!

Seriously, I'm just so sick of idiotic comments from you people. Reread your paragraph I excerpted. How stupid is that?

And I find it interesting you completely ignored my earlier response to you (wonder why?)... So I'll repeat it (to again answer your idiotic comments about Fox "wrapping itself in the flag after 9/11" crap):

<blockquote>Let me make a comparison… Is it political to show endless coverage of 9/11 memorial ceremonies, etc.? I mean, there is a side that believes we deserved it, and/or that the terrorists had a legitimate greivance. Or that this was their version of a legitimate military attack, etc. Is calling those that died victims and mourning them nationally with nonstop coverage a “political” statement? How about any time an anchor says something along the lines of “… this great nation…” Is that political?</blockquote>

And don't take this out of context for another liberal diversion (yes, I know how you people work). This was originally in response to YOUR CLAIM that this FNC promo was a political message.

crr6....2 questions....

Why is it so wrong for a news network to be pro-American and promote american values?

Why is it so correct for a news network to be anti-American and disparage american values?

It looks like you found your calling and mission. Contact: ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS, MSNBC and CNN. Then, when you have them on status "neutral", contact CNN International, BBC, BBC International, Al Jazeera, CBC (Canadian Broadcast Corp.). Then, when you still have energies left, work on the NYT, LAT, WaPO, NPR radio, etc. etc. etc.

Report back on your progress of building non-idiological media.

I'm starting to give myself away? As what? A liberal? I'll openly and proudly say i am one. I haven't hid that, nor would I have reason to. I find it odd that you speak as if I've been brainwashed because I have anti-fox views when you return fire with the equivalent from the right...blaming every policy failure on the "MSM". Thats past a cliche now, its just irritating. Whatever. I'm willing to debate this but don't turn it into a partisan thing, then it ends up going nowhere.

The beauty of this is that to make it 'right wing bias' to say that America isn't the problem, they have to say that it's the consensus of the MainScream Media that it IS the problem. That, in turn, will simply reinforce what most of us already know about the echolocation chambers of the wackademia/media axis.
