I agree, I think the most powerful thing you can do to someone like this is laugh them out of the room….It must bother them when a roomful of people thinks their beliefs are so crazy they warrant nothing but laughter.

What a load of garbage! I wouldn’t recommend trying to play mindgames with Satan — and make no mistake, that is PRECISELY who we are dealing with here. The goal is not to humiliate Satan, or make him feel bad about himself — because for starters, in all liklihood, it will be impossible for us to do so. The goal here is to defeat and disarm Satan so that he can no longer do harm to others — by whatever means necessary. An ideology like Islam that preaches hate, murder, terrorism — and that institutionalizes abuse of its adherents (viz. women) as well as its enemies, MUST be dealt with measures that seem EXTREME when compared to the usual society norms of our western civilization. Unfortunately, there are a very large number of people in our society (just like JaHerer22), who are so deeply imersed in their political correctness that they are going to wake up dead one of these fine mornings. I want to be there when God asks them “What were you doing in the moments before the Jihadists killed you?”, and JaHerer22 has to answer “Well, I was jerking-off, as usual.”

Very true. They just see those that laugh at them as lost infidels that must be taken down. This is deeply ingrained in them. I seriously doubt that any of the current islamists can be converted to sanity. This will more likely be of benefit to those that they are trying to recruit – I hope they see this and realize how stupid these morons really are.

IMHO, zero tolerance of Islam is the only policy that makes sense for western civilization.

While I agree that Islam is totally incompatible with the West, I don’t see that an actual zero tolerance policy would work. It would result in police searching for secret Muslims and locking them up for owning a Koran. It would result in Muslims being able to play the role of the victim and generations from now it would cause more people to get into Islam instead of turning away from it. The whole thing would be twisted in history, like the true reason the Crusades began. It would leave America doing what we accuse enemies of Christianity of doing, while only causing the most violent of Muslims to better conceal their true intentions. Banning a faith has failed throughout history. Which is why even Israel does not “ban” Muslims.

What America needs to do is exactly what congressman Virgil Goode recommends. Lock down immigration from non-Westernized nations and make it much harder for Muslims to continually mass immigrate into the USA. Also US media and politicians need to do like Goode and stop acting like Islam is a good thing.

Time to tell The Truth About Muhammad. I highly recommend that book and The Politically Incorrect Guide to Islam and the Crusades.

Some claim Muhammad was nice to some non-Muslims later in his life, but they forget to mention those people were paying a special tax and living as 2nd class citizens in order to bribe and appease Muhammad.

What would be gained to do away with the radicals and spread the message of tribal Pakistani Muslims that also have traditions that conflict with Western society? Not much, either way you’re stuck with a cult that has the goal of making you 2nd class or a corpse, living under Sharia law.

You pretty much hit the nail on the head. This brand of thought is similar to the criminal/ street gang mentality. Common factors in thought of the criminal and the extremist:
1. It’s never my fault. I’m always the victim. “They” are out to get me/screwed me over.
2. You (kuffar/crime victim) deserve what you get.
3. If I get what I want (victimizing you) it’s god’s will.
4. Once it’s mine, it’s always mine.
5. Once in, always in. Death is the only way out.
6. Pass it on to the next generation (at least in New Mexico)
7. Being punished/killed for the “cause” is a status thing.
8. Killing/victimizing is a status thing.
9. If you’re not strong enough to keep me from victimizing you, that’s your problem.
10. If you’re kind, that’s a weakness to be exploited.

I agree, I think the most powerful thing you can do to someone like this is laugh them out of the room. Clearly their ideology and thought process is so skewed trying to debate them with reason and common sense is an act of futility. No one is going to be able to change their minds, but when a whole roomful of people laughs at them, ridicules their backward thinking and outrageous violent beliefs it must affect them somewhat. They take this more seriously than anything else in the world; they are willing to die for this cause. It must bother them when a roomful of people thinks their beliefs are so crazy they warrant nothing but laughter.

I’m betting that that young Muslim moderate is already marked for death by the pals of Omar Brooks.

I have no interest in what the “moderate” has to say. It is the rants of the “radical” that will be most revealing.

Don’t expect much CNN research into the Koran supporting either side. This will be more like a “Springer Show” smack down.

The interviews will be mostly of the “moderates”. Equal time might reveal that THERE IS A PROBLEM. All we will come away with is that “the moderates” have an “uphill” battle, but that message will be delivered with a bland mater of fact style that will somehow make it all seem like a curiosity. Oh and “it’s the policies”, always the “policies”.

Why are they in England exactly?

Anyone who believes in ANY kind/brand of Islam (moderate or radical) deserves to be treated by the public at large with the same level of wariness as a convicted (and dangerous) criminal.
