That doesn’t mean Israel won’t nuke them. I just wish they’d get their story straight. One day it’s “Isarel must be wiped off the face of the earth”, the next day it’s “We won’t nuke you guys, even if you are Jewish”.

Oh that we could we believe such statements. Clearly the Iranians understand the objections to their nuclear program and are attempting to directly answer the question. The problem is that no one believes them.

Islamic teaching indicates that it is an acceptable tactic to lie to your enemies and those that are “infidels” (that’s us). How can we believe such statements from a Muslim under these circumstances?

Sadly, most of America will not even notice or care. They cannot relate to pre-WW II because they are not grounded in history (for that matter, many would probably say that Germany was south of Mexico) or life beyond games and reality TV.
