That was a pretty impressive crowd of UNARMED storm troopers (darned New York politics!). :)

I read an article somewhere about them not being able to bring their weapons on the planes.

As a hard core LOTR fan (the term “Loremaster” is not out of the question. Misspent youth and all that) I feel dirty for laughing so hard at this. Bravo for Lucas, I guess. This is, in many ways, his Triumph (a la Caesar) and for coming up with such an American saga I guess he rates it (although I am convinced that twenty years from now certain lines will be edited from Episode III in order to aid in consistency and eliminate annoying political commentary. For the love of God, the man simply cannot write dialog!)

Mark my words. In 5000 years Star Wars will BE an established religion. There will also be one based on The Lord of The Rings. Viper1…Vader really doesn’t seem like the “pre-sort the Jihadi’s from the non-Jihadis” type. My best guess is he would turn everything from the Morocco-Libya border to the Pakistan-India Frontier into one large glassware exhibit. And then do eight hours in the sleep-chamber peacefully.
