So right! Several of my lib coworkers who make the same money as me are living paycheck to paycheck. They make decent money and most people can get along just fine at this wage, but the libs love to spend more than they make. Then it’s “Oh, I can’t go anywhere until payday.” The rest of us (usually cons) live below our means and have a surplus.

You’re right BlueCounty, because today’s “liberals” are not liberals at all, they’re socialists. And today’s conservatives are actually “Classic liberals”. That’s above the heads of most left wingers though. They actually think (or should I say feeeeel) that their nanny-state policies are “liberating”. Yeah, liberation from self respect, self determination, self sufficiancy and individualism. Their idea of freedom is freedom from having to work (it’s the govt’s job to provide you a paycheck, but where’s that money come from? People who WORK!) Freedom from worry (the nanny-state will solve all of your problems). Freedom without responsibility (go ahead, do it, whatever feels good man) and so on.

Don’t take the bait. honora is only trying to get you to blow a gasket — that is her entire goal. To her, it is immaterial and/or irrelevant if her arguments are irrational or illogical. She is only here to “impress us” with her “superior” command of the English language, and “dazzle us” with her ability to twist everyone’s arguments (including her own) into an incomprehensible pretzel. Her posts are her way of “serving notice” on us that she is “intellectually superior” to the rest of us. Her kind craves that kind of stuff — they have to have it in order to prop-up their sagging egos.

If you want a good laugh and would like to see her to “run away” in retreat (sorta’ like a Monty Python Holy Grail crusader), just start citing some relevent statistics for her to read. As soon as the numbers appear, her eyes will glaze over. I’ve never met a tin-foil hat liberal yet that had ANY grasp of simple arithmetic. I swear that most of ‘em can’t even balance their own checkbook.

If so, what should we tell the Iraqi people? Most of the “nuke’em till they glow” comments posted here at HA that would qualify (according to your criteria) as offensive can be dismissed easily as either “therapeutic venting” or as “insincere hyperbole.” There have been other comments along those lines that were conditionally qualified in one way or another. I posted some of those comments myself. AllahPundit keeps a pretty close watch on it and he quickly issues a slap-down when the “frothing at the mouth” starts to get out of line.

All-in-all there is no shortage of offensive material here at HA. Life itself is offensive. Get used to it. I don’t think that there is a single day that goes by what that Allah or Ian or Bryan don’t post at least one video clip or cartoon that is offensive to some of us. The difference is that most of us don’t “whine” and “bitch” and “moan” and “soil our underpants” on account of it — like you and the rest of the trolls.

By hiding in anonymity of internet, honora, you may think that you have all of us fooled, but the bitter sarcasm, the personal attacks, and the condescending language that you consistently use in all of your posts to “punish” the other participants is a dead give-away — your kind is unmistakeable. So why don’t you tell us what it is about you that you’re trying so desperately to overcompensate for.

We actually ARE winning, but I doubt you realize that. Every time we liberate another country from despots and tyrants, we strike a blow to those that rule by terror.

I know you believe that Iraq and Afghanistan are actually losses, but that’s two countries that are now able to choose a form of government. They are fledgling democracies and we should support and defend those democracies as we defend and support other democracies around the world.

Iraq and Afghanistan are not failures, not as long as we are willing and able to support them. If we abandon them, they we will have loss and that is not acceptable to me and to others.

You are spot on, my friend. I can see that you have an appreciation for the humorous irony of liberal dogma. Liberal dogma is one of my favorite forms of humor –and the liberals keep me laughing all of the time. How about this one? Many of the left-wing tinfoils hats are atheists that subscribe to Darwinism. That in itself is hilarious. If they had actually studied the theory of natural selection (survival of the fittest, and all), they’d know that their own belief system is one of the world’s worst survival strategies, and that they are plunging head-long toward mass extinction. The irony just doesn’t get any better than that.

Jazzman, a “good muslim” is one who murders infidels. Most muslims do not murder infidels, but they are apostates, not true believers. With islam, ya gotta take the “good religious boy” chart and flip it upside down. A “Good” muslim, meaning a “true practioner of the faith” is a jihadi.

First your understanding of right brain/left brain is psycho babble. The real difference is in how information is processed, one being a sucession model, the other being a simultaneous model. Secondary difference (less documented) is that right brain people tend toward creativity and imagination in problem solving, left brain more toward logic and reason. People who are too much one or the other tend to have severe learning problems as the styles are complementary.

Second re my comment on nuking Muslims. Do you read this blog? Take a little walk thru some of these threads–oh let suggest the ones talking about Ellison, then get back to me on this.

A war of this type is going to be very long and very costly, but the alternative is too horrible to even consider. I don’t understand why more people are unwilling to accept this and why they are so willing to just look away and let people like that continue to cause pain and suffering all over the world. Is our lack of understanding that wide spread, or are to many people afraid to consider the consequences of failing to oppose this genocidal war the jihadists are waging on the entire world?

This world and the people that inhabit it are far to precious to abandon to genocidal madmen whos soul desire is to conquer and destroy all of mankind. We must do everything within our power to stop them. Anything less is suicide.
