Boy loses testicle to shari’a

The good news is, shari’a hasn’t stopped women from becoming doctors in Turkey. The bad news is, um…

Look at it this way: it was payback time.

That just proves why women shouldn’t be doctors. At least, in their way of thinking.

It doesn’t matter if a women dies or is permanent injured because a male doctor can’t touch her. That’s completely different. /sarcasm

A midget complained to his doctor that his testicles ached all the time.
The physician told the midget to drop his pants. The doctor then lifted him up onto the table to take a look.

Putting one finger under the left testicle, the doctor had the midget cough. “Hmmm” said the doctor. Then, putting his finger under the right testicle, the doc asked the midget to cough again.

“Ahhh!” said the doctor, as he reached for his surgical scissors. Snip, snip, snip on the right side & then snip, snip, snip on the left side.

The doctor then told the midget to pull up his pants and see if he still ached.

The midget was delighted with the result. He walked around the doc’s office and his testicles did not ache.

“What did you do Doc?” he asked.

The doc replied, “I cut two inches off the top of your cowboy boots.”

Unbelieveable. HOW can you be a doctor, and not be able to touch your patient??? I suppose there’s a lot of jokes to be had here, but c’mon guys…would ya want this to happen to YOU?

And there was no male doctor for this kid to see?

What if he put a veil on his nuts? (OK, I couldn’t resist) And I find it funny that even a topic on a lost nut still gets related to poor Rosie…:-)

Is a male doctor allowed to touch a female patient? I’m guessing yes. That’s provided the patient willing to risk “Honor Killing”.

irishsquid on December 21, 2006 at 2:31 PM

Where is Nancy Pelosi, the U.N. and NOW? And the glorious world media? This subject makes me absolutely furious!!!

The pain those girls must endure during FGM, regardless of the loss of further pleasure and all other implications. I’m pained just reading/thinking about it, physically and otherwise.

Yesterday the Iraquis who took over an important province ate the heart of a rabbit and the heads off frogs. No one, except Drudge, even thought about it further. This should be exposed for weeks. Where are thos animal rights activists? And the analysts on how backwards all these customs are for today’s world norms. And where are those one-world leftie idiot?

This is why I despise the idealists so much. Not for their ideals, but for their multiple standards and the excuse for anyting that is not PC or multi-culty. The hypocrisy makes me insanely mad!!!

Yes, this topic, female doctor, is just as maddening!!!

Dr. Airbag? But she wouldn’t get near the sack?

G on December 21, 2006 at 2:39 PM

I can see it now……. Hillary Care, after your 12 year old daughter is given an abortion without your notice, the following procedure is performed because we want to be tolerant to Muslems:

After the clitoris is excised and all external genitalia are carved away, the bleeding raw edges of the large lips are held together by thorns or other fastening devices – until a scar forms to close the entrance to the vagina. The legs of the little girl are tied together for several weeks until the wound heals; a tiny opening is created by inserting a splinter of wood – to allow urination. Thus virginity – which is considered especially important by Moslem men – can be proven before the bride price is paid to the father.

honora on December 21, 2006 at 3:40 PM

You’d think in 58 years on Earth you’d gain some wisdom. You’ve got a long way to go before you grow up. I doubt you’ll make though.

Andy in Agoura Hills on December 21, 2006 at 3:50 PM

If Bill Clinton can remember black churches in Arkansas being bombed, I guess honora can remember blacks being refused hospital admission.

irishsquid on December 21, 2006 at 4:24 PM

Unless people are still being refused hospital admission due to the color of their skin… I’d say that your comments are a bit of a stretch.

After all, we can adapt and overcome, one of the tenants of Islam is not to learn, but to look backward at Muhammad and do what he would do.

So, Honora, whose head would Muhammad lop off?

Well, I can be smug, since it wasn’t in my lifetime that black were refused admission to hospitals. Come to my town – they control just about everything- and have for – here it is – my lifetime.

E.L. Fred, Lorien, Dash and Monster, thank you for the laughs!

Pinky, there is nothing sicker. more barbaric or more evil than F.G.M. Any country that practises it should be bombed back to the Sto … wait, they’re already IN the Stone Age! But hey, all cultures are equal, right Libs? For those who think we should “talk” to the terrorists, I hope you don’t have any daughters ’cause this is what they’re gonna bring to America.

It’s a good thing that Honora isn’t 6, or she could end up as some Jihadi’s favorite wife.

Tony737, THANK YOU!

honora, I know you’re smart. Make my day, just once, and write something, unconditionally, like this, without bashing anyone for anything:

- this is WRONG, both the doctor subject and FGM

or

- both, Rosie and the Donald are a bunch of phonies with big egos

Entelechy on December 21, 2006 at 5:01 PM

I’m going to have to side with honora on this one (except for the cultural smugness snark). For a person not to receive treatment just because his doctor is female indicates more to me than just a no-touch policy. The fact that he couldn’t just go to another doctor seems to be more of the cause of this than sharia. And that isn’t something unique to Islamic society–look at the state of socialized medicine in Canada, for example.

See, Honora, you used the past tense. It WAS. Not IS. Of course that depends on what your definition of IS is. If the jihadis have their way their way, you won’t have to worry about IS or WAS, though. You’ll be too worried about WILL BE.

I wasn’t alive then. Neither were most of the blacks kids I deal with. Of course, they were all alive when I attended a predominantly black school and got the hell kicked out of me … for being white.

“hey whitey. Hey trailer park white trash.”

You can take that self righteous crap and stuff it.

One Angry Christian on December 21, 2006 at 6:08 PM

Its a start.

Viper1 on December 21, 2006 at 7:20 PM

Right back atcha Entelechy.

Here’s the problem. Libs have their eyes closed to the world, they know nothing about anything, except pop culture, where they excel to the highest levels. I have lots of lib friends and I know the following is not the exception to the rule, it IS the rule. Example:

I just had dinner with my Flight Crew and several other Crews (Pilots and Flight Attendants) at the hotel bar. The Pilots, all conservatives, the Flighties, all liberals (except me). The subject of war and terrorism came up and the libs could not add ANYTHING to the discussion besides “Why can’t we all just get along?” The cons all knew and understood the enemy and the history of islam. Most of them were ex-Military pilots and they get it. The libs had no clue about female genital mutilation, honor killings, jizya tax, dhimmitude, etc. How do you debate with these things with people who have ZERO knowledge of it and have no background to work from? I had to keep stopping to backtrack through history and explain what abrogation is, what the hadiths are, Meccan Islam vs Medina Islam, Shame Society vs Guilt Society, etc etc etc. One tried Honora’s trick: “Well, look at how we used to treat blacks in *this* country!” Ah yes, the old ‘equal moralities’ play. I said “Yeah, USED TO! But we’ve corrected those errors a long time ago. These koranimals are only getting WORSE with time. You guys think Bush is taking away your rights? What rights will you have if the islamofascists take over this country? None!”

Now, when the subject turned to Paris Hilton, then the libs became experts on all things Hollywood and pop culture and the cons were barely able to keep up.

Moral of the story: Let the adults handle the bad guys and let the children pick which movie to see.

A little bit off topic, sorry.

Tony737 on December 21, 2006 at 8:10 PM

Thank you Tony737 for your story. It’s on topic all right. It explains why so much frustration with the “absent”.

Also read your story on the “job” thread. You’re such a good guy. How’s the little 737 princess?

Entelechy on December 22, 2006 at 1:26 AM

Thanks Ent. I almost didn’t post that job story after proof reading ’cause it sounded too “me me me” but I get pissed off when people like Honora think you can’t make it in this country. Typical lib, I guess maybe instead of workin’ my ass off to get to where I am, I should’ve asked for govt assistance! Now I have a stack of medical bills from the pregnancy (after insurance) ’cause it was high risk, if I were a lib I’d be askin’ the govt to pay those bills for me. Instead I borrowed money from my 401 (K) and … Oh my gawd, I’m doin’ it again! ME ME ME! Sorry! Little Princess is great, thanks for asking :-)

I think that looking at cultural practices we embraced only 50 years is relevant to this discussion. 50 years is very short time in terms of the longevity of these particular cultures/religions. My point is it’s all very well to throw stones at other cultures but this smug sort of self congratulations ignores recent history.

I will take your 58 comment as a compliment. (Hope springs eternal after all….;^)

Entelechy on December 21, 2006 at 5:01 PM

Howdy Entelechy: well honey I think I did bash both Donald and Rosie on another thread, both are big, vulgar, narcissistic boobs IMO.

Of course I think FGM is wrong; I don’t think the doctor is wrong necessarily. I think the system is wrong if it allows people to go untended due to their gender, which is different than saying it’s “wrong” for a female doctor not to tend a male patient.

Hope you have a great Christmas and a properous NY!!

honora on December 22, 2006 at 10:30 AM

It doesn’t matter if a women dies or is permanent injured because a male doctor can’t touch her.

Nor does it matter that Saudi schoolgirls can’t get out of a burning building because they were improperly dressed.

F***ing savages.

My point is it’s all very well to throw stones at other cultures but this smug sort of self congratulations ignores recent history.

So a society that HAS changed positively in the last few decades is no better than a society that has NOT changed for the past thousand years? Interesting. I would think we’d want to take pride in recent progress rather than wallowing in the sins of the past.

Lehuster on December 22, 2006 at 10:45 AM

Lehuster on December 22, 2006 at 10:45 AM

Or, if our society could change for the better, can we not hold out hope that others can? And again, my point is that 50 years is a neglible period of time in terms of the history of either our culture or theirs.

honora on December 22, 2006 at 11:02 AM

That’s hugely unfair to the Turks. They have a lot of problems, but they are the only majority-Muslim country in the region that is anywhere close to being a modern, secular democracy. They have made huge changes to their society over the past century. Hell, they didn’t even have last names until the 1920s!

jic on December 22, 2006 at 1:29 PM

jic on December 22, 2006 at 3:41 PM

Well reasonably intelligent people would look at these practices and be able to condemn the practice (which may be barbaric) but not the entire culture. I don’t object to criticizing aspects of another culture, it’s the wholesale condemnation that is so inane.
