Sudden Frogmarchphobic Syndrome
Stephen M on December 20, 2006 at 5:55 PM
Gee, does Joe think he might have something to worry about? I can’t imagine why!!
Heh … I’d pay $100 for a PPV of him being cross-examined by Libby’s counsel.
thirteen28 on December 20, 2006 at 5:59 PM
Does he have Sandy Berger’s legal team?
reaganaut on December 20, 2006 at 6:00 PM
What happen’s to the prosecution’s case when the accuser pleads the 5′th? I mean in the real world.
pedestrian on December 20, 2006 at 6:16 PM
Since when does Joe Big-Mouth Blowhard Wilson NOT want to talk? This is a first…oh, yeah, under subpoena means you can get in trouble for lying…hmmmm….
JustTruth101 on December 20, 2006 at 6:17 PM
That boy’s got a hell of a lot of nerve. I hope Scooter crucifies him.
Pablo on December 20, 2006 at 6:38 PM
Having to tell the truth is a little different than spewing BS on CNN, ain’t it Joe?

Libby’s lawyers must get that dirt bag on the stand and destroy him.
rplat on December 20, 2006 at 7:23 PM
So let me get this straight? He acts like he’s been grievously wounded by this whole ordeal, heads must roll, Fitzgerald must get to the truth, and all that crapola, and then he is trying to get out of the court case that resulted from his hissy fit?
Ha!
Spassvogel on December 20, 2006 at 7:52 PM
Wonder why he doesn’t want to talk…taht whole thing was his bag, baby. It blew up in his face, but it was his bag.
A Democrat fraud, liar, and hypocrite through and through.
Good Lt on December 20, 2006 at 7:58 PM
Doesn’t Libby have the right to face his accuser?
Still laughing at that one! Goot one…
Zorro on December 20, 2006 at 7:59 PM
I’d let him off the hook with public, direct televised apologies to President Bush, Dick Cheney and Libby and all others he slimed, and payment of everyone’s legal fees X3. Sure would leave Fitzpatrick looking like a schmuck, wouldn’t it?
eagles5 on December 20, 2006 at 8:02 PM
I wonder if Libby, if found innocent can sue Wilson for slander?
Tim Burton on December 20, 2006 at 8:21 PM
Wow. forced into either admitting he lied to world about the whole Niger story or commit perjury in a sham trial manufactured based on his lie….yeah, trying to quash the subphonea is properly the smartest thing he’s done in the last 5 years.
Faith1 on December 20, 2006 at 8:30 PM
Got links?
JM Hanes on December 20, 2006 at 8:36 PM
Why wouldn’t he get up on the stand and perjure himself? As another darling of the left, he is immune to criminal punishment, as long his crime facilitates getting those evil republicans. He just has to look at sandy (the burglar) berger and see that.

Here’s one
Try not to split your gut at this pompous and dismal grounds:

But, gee Joe, aren’t you the epitome of truth? Aren’t you the man who speaks truth to power? Next thing you know, somebody’s gonna tell me there’s no Santa Claus.
tomk59 on December 20, 2006 at 9:09 PM
I’m wondering what he COULD testify to? And who is subpoening him, Fitzgerald or Libby’s lawyers? Lawyers are not supposed to call people as witnesses unless they are germane to the issue at hand, either as character witnesses, or witnesses who have first hand knowledge of the issue.
georgej on December 20, 2006 at 9:13 PM
When this prick goes to prison, I’m giving his wife a call…
Jaibones on December 20, 2006 at 9:13 PM
Where is the MSM on this story?
shooter on December 20, 2006 at 10:26 PM
Well ABCNEWS still has Foleygate up on their website, so I think we can tell where the MSM is.
Iblis on December 20, 2006 at 11:20 PM
This is the one thing that has to be fixed if this country is to survive. False accusations and being wrong are two different situations. False accusations must have a consequence.
Griz on December 20, 2006 at 11:35 PM
Armitage was the leak source, despite Mrs. Wilson being an outed analyst. So why is this trial still going?
Neo on December 21, 2006 at 4:59 AM
Yea! It’s the MSM fault!! Yea its Joe Wilson’s fault. We should get him.
Lewis “scooter” Libby, indicted on criminal felony charges:
one count of obstruction of justice;
two counts of perjury; and
two counts of making false statements.
I am sure he is innocent. ha ha ha. This is the MSM fault. No it’s also Wilson’s fault. Libby is a hero. He could not possibly have lied. Doha!
Wilson was critical of the Bush administration after investigating whether Iraq purchased or attempted to purchase Yellowcake from Niger in the late 1990s. He accused George W. Bush of “exaggerating the Iraqi threat” in order to justify war.” NO SAY IT AIN’T SO.
No wounder he is public (GOP) enemy number one. How dare Wilson uncover the Bush manipulation of the truth to make a case for war in Iraq. There must be consequence for telling the truth when it is not in line with the goverment.
Wilsons wife Valerie Plame should have been exposed as a CIA op. That will teach people to speak out against Bush. To bad nothing happened to her. That would have shown them. Also, Robert Novak and Richard L. Armitage are heroes for leaking and tying to destroy Wilson and Plame. We can’t have this truth stuff in the hands of the people.
My gosh what is this world coming to when the Government can’t do as it pleases and eliminate any one counter to their point of view.
Libby is fall guy for Cheney. Can any one not look in the face of Cheney when he sneers and not get a chill? The dude shot a man in the face and that same man appologized to him! He is like a gangster. He makes 50 cent (rapper) look like Richie Cunningham on Happy Days.
Where were all you when Kenneth Starr was wasting millions on Vince Foster, Whitewater and the Monica gate travesty, which resulted in nothing. Look you lie under oath……good for the goose is good for the gander. Remember Martha Stewart? Politicians (any and all) are so use to lying they can’t stop. Lesson everyone, when under oath or talking to the Feds, don’t lie.
I hope Cheney’s ticker has new batteries in it when he is testifying. Hope he does not get caught in any lies. He will not be able to spend his billions from halliburton in jail.
Of course Joe Wilson does not want to testify, they will try to embarrass and destroy him. Do you really think the 5 criminal indictments against Libby are because of Wilson? Please. Are you that naive. The charges came from the prosecutor on more than Wilsons testimony. It is like saying Monica or Linda Tripp who lied or at fault. No it was Clinton’s fault, who could not keep it in his trousers. Libby did it to him self, idiot.
Stop whining and crying like a bunch of babies when one of your hit-men get caught. It’s business as usual. When the people get tired of this and stop supporting it with an insane partisan blame game and demand ALL politicians be accountable (even from your favorite party), it will keep going on. ANY one leaking secrets or lying about a leak should be prosecuted.
How about we let the legal system take care of it. We see that the one party system does not work. It encourages amateur criminals (politicians, gov staff and appointees) to break the law.
I celebrate Libby getting his butt in the ringer. I wish they got Richard L. Armitage as well, but it is the law, you can’t lie to the law. Darn those laws! The Gov should not have to be held accountable, well at least when the GOP is in charge, right?
I wish all the jackals in DC would learn from this but they just will try harder to figure out ways to lie and get away with it.
Hey what about Bush using the Yellowcake as a reason for getting into Iraq? It turns out to be NOT TRUE! WOW, now I wounder if any one is going to look into that? Did Bush not look into it? It was a very shaky report from a very questionable source to start with, but I believe Cheney made a case for the war with this little nugget like it was irrefutable fact? hummm. That seems worse than what Libby did.
I think right wing nuts should just shut up and let Libby take the fall before they really start to look into this.
I hope the other idiots in DC who think they can lie or aid in leaking goverment secrets for political or personal gain get caught and prosecuted, ON BOTH SIDES. “Scooter”? Who uses the name Scooter? He better be scooter when he is in jail. May be he can get a cell with Randy “Duke” Cunningham and Jack Abramoff.

Hey troll
It resulted in the impeachment of President Clinton.

Dread Pirate Roberts VI on December 21, 2006 at 8:57 AM
You mean the law that proved “outing” her wasn’t illegal? That law?
Yeah, too bad…
And for the record, Libby claimed he didn’t “believe” he was the first to leak her name. That’s very similar to the several dozen times Hillary Clinton said some variation of “I don’t know” when on trial, though if you recall, she was never charged for perjury.
And at least under Ken Star, friends of Clintons, numbering in the double digits, all went away to jail, and Clinton was actually charged with a crime before he lied under oath.
No one has yet to be charged with “outing” Plame. Maybe there wasn’t enough evidence to convict Clinton of being a rapist/sexual harrasser, but at least there was a trial over it. No one acted like what Clinton did wasn’t a crime.
Esthier on December 21, 2006 at 9:33 AM
Hey rambling idiot, why don’t we put Joe Wilson under oath and let him back up all of your assinine statements? You get upset because we want someone to tell the truth, typical liberal. Hide behind your lies, fool, the dems will lie to you also. Does this sound familiar? We love the Jews, let’s support Hamas and Syria.
right2bright on December 21, 2006 at 9:48 AM
Or if he was a democrat maybe we could keep him in office like Barry or Jefferson. You are the party that celebrates embraces and elects criminals.

gmcjetpilot, try breathing slowly into a paperbag- that usually does the trick.
B Moe on December 21, 2006 at 11:40 AM
gmcjetpilot, how does one become so misguided? I’m often amazed by people like you these days. So much evidence yet you are still blind. OPEN YOUR EYES! The first step is admitting the fact that when this story was originally breaking you were sexually aroused by it. It turned you on. You became so devoted to it that you are now having trouble letting it go. Its the love that got away. Your really have to let it go man. Its over. There are plenty more fish in the sea. I’m sure there will be more Republican “scandals” for you to gush over in the future.
By the way… did you chime in on the Sandy Burglar theivery at all? I’m interested to hear what you have to say about that. Did the legal system take care of that. Do you think justice was done there? I thought not.

Just another piece a crap ladies and gentlemen; may I present Mr. Joe Wilson and his lovely wife Val! Garbage, pure and simple!
