FYI, this band has been around for ages, their "classic" album is "Rising" from 1997. You can get that at pretty much any online music store. Check it out. 1996's "Pigwalk" is also totally rad.

Rick Ward, the guy in the interview, is in the lower-right of the pic. I purchased their CD the other day; I like the "Open Season" song/message, but I also wanted to support the band.

[...] This anti-Jihadist anthem (not anti-Muslim or anti-Islam) gets it right and drives home its point far better than any of the pretty, frilly little tunes by the likes of Toby Keith or the Dixie Chicks. The only other songs to come out of this mess that I find the least bit respectable came from Neil Young. Look, I don’t lean to the Right by any measure of the word, but over the years I’ve found that, at least in my book, Rich Ward can do little to no wrong. This situation simply adds to that beleif. This song and its accompanying video have been the source of a huge uproar with YouTube over the number of views, the video’s rankings, ratings, honors, and the like. Support for the band, the song, and its sentiments has been swift and strong, coming from many different angles including Internet hotbeds for music, politics, and military interests. Yesterday, Rich Ward was interviewed by John Gibson of Fox News, and there are rumblings that this song and video may garner even more attention in the coming days and weeks. [...]

"...we've got a blakc leader singer. we're not sure who he's racist against, but we're going to sort it out in the coming months."

The guy certainly has a very dry since of humor, nd seems well grounded. Methinks an album purchase is in the near future...

His producer is reading the blogs. He’s got no time after getting the hair done.

You are so off base it isn't even funny. People have underestimated Metal/Rock from the beginning. I recommend everyone check out the documentary "Metal; a head bangers journey" by Sam Dunn. Dose any one remember Dee Snider handing Al and Tipper Gore an intellectual beat down over the PMRC farce?

Fred Durst did it all for the Nookie, Stuck Mojo did it for the music...

I'm not sure which one in the picture was talking, but the guy in the bottom right looks like he could be Charle's Johnson's little brother.
