Video: The peaches guy
posted at 2:01 pm on December 18, 2006 by Allahpundit
This has been circulating on viral video sites for awhile and, lo, last night it at last arrived at the doorstep of HA. Daytime TV exploitation at its very best — some poor bastard, humiliated into oblivion, crumbles while an audience of sadists bathes in his shame.
Admittedly, riotously funny, though.
Either that or it’s a fat actor who can’t get work otherwise. Still, good stuff.

There is a special spot in Hell for Maury.

I think this is an actor.
Chris L. on December 18, 2006 at 2:07 PM
Um…a song comes to mind about peaches..
But aside from that… WTH?
tickleddragon on December 18, 2006 at 2:08 PM
wtf? Allah, you’ve posted some pretty bizarre stuff, but this one takes the cake.
pullingmyhairout on December 18, 2006 at 2:08 PM
I feel bad for the guy. There are people that are DEATHLY afraid of things as simple as shoestrings. No joke.
I hate this exploitation thing and only becomes fodder for low IQ morons.
Right Tracker on December 18, 2006 at 2:12 PM
Hey, I saw this one. Didn’t he find out the peaches were cheating on him with the pineapple’s cousin?
jeffNWV on December 18, 2006 at 2:13 PM
Dude’s never gonna have teh sex in Georgia if he’s scared of Peaches.
phineas g. on December 18, 2006 at 2:16 PM
that’s as fake as a palm beach titty.
jummy on December 18, 2006 at 2:16 PM
Uh……….well……..uh…………..
(Shrugs shoulders and walks away)
Talon on December 18, 2006 at 2:19 PM
He is NOT afraid of peaches.
Is an acting, and acting badly at that!
Nevertheless, the audience are a bunch of sadists.
They would probably love watching puppies and kittens tortured, or even babies and toddlers tortured.
They defintely enjoy wathcing white males tortured. They’ve been brainwashed to likely believe that white males deserve a comupance.
Sick freaks!!!!

William2006 on December 18, 2006 at 2:22 PM
Gee, thanks AP… you should’ve put a stupidity warning on this thing.
dalewalt on December 18, 2006 at 2:25 PM
I try to avoid this stuff on TV. I can only afford to lose 2 or 3 IQ points, you just cost me 1.
Gwillie on December 18, 2006 at 2:27 PM

that’s a very interesting reading. do these “peaches” have teeth in your reccolection of the maury show?
jummy on December 18, 2006 at 2:30 PM
?
infidel on December 18, 2006 at 2:31 PM
Those aren’t the kind of peaches he’s afraid of.
Kid from Brooklyn on December 18, 2006 at 2:31 PM
…..
umm…..
How Idiotic. Allah, are you bored? lol
zerodamage on December 18, 2006 at 2:34 PM
Ever heard of the Romans? If you think the colliseum is dead then you’re blind and deaf. Probably dumb too.
Cary on December 18, 2006 at 2:35 PM
Thanks, “Kid from Brooklyn”
I just now read your comment.
You made me laugh!
You have quite a witty mind for humor!
I think that those peaches did not have teeth, but the ones he is afraid of do have teeth, like a T-Rex. They are serrated teeth, excellent for ripping and tearing, but not good for mashing and chewing.
I think he was attacked by a bushel basket full of Terrorist Peaches while in a shower, during a visit to a farm once. Those peaches who first traumatized him are demonic peaches and have been haunting his dreams ever since.

I question your sense of humor.

This guy is still a better choice for president than McCain.
E L Frederick (Sniper One) on December 18, 2006 at 2:46 PM
Maybe this guy is like Superman!
This guy could be a great president, invulnerable to bad influences, but affected by peaches, in the same manner as Superman is affected by krytonite.

William2006 on December 18, 2006 at 2:48 PM
That’s obviously not real, but you have to admit, peaches are disgusting. And so are pickles. Birds I don’t get, though. They seem pretty tasty.
Blacklake on December 18, 2006 at 2:52 PM
I question the timing
RightWinged on December 18, 2006 at 2:58 PM
Seriously though, he’s acting (poorly). I doubt he’s an “actor” in that it’s his profession or even that he aspires to be an actor, but he’s definitely faking.
RightWinged on December 18, 2006 at 2:58 PM
I didn’t realize Maury did anything other than parade chubby babies, the physically handicaped, and the ever-present “Who’s my baby’s daddy?” types…
And is anything on these shows real?
JetBoy on December 18, 2006 at 3:01 PM
That wasn’t funny at all. Maury is horrible.
MT on December 18, 2006 at 3:02 PM
The real joke is that those were nectarines.
bwahaha!

I’m scared of Peaches too…….She cost $200 when I got wasted Friday and she took me to the champange roo…..I mean to the Time Person of the Year party in the back.
Sarcasm, Just one more service I offer.

Not a big fan of Steve Miller I’m betting.
bbz123 on December 18, 2006 at 3:23 PM
I have a phobia that people think are silly. For instance, I have a fear of swimming under water. Whether salty or fresh water, forget it, I can’t do it. Yet, I do love the water.
Also, what’s with the girl crushing the peaches in her hands? Very bad visual no matter if you’re afraid of peaches or not! Ouch!

Oh, no…the peaches! Not the peaches!!!
flipflop on December 18, 2006 at 4:22 PM
I got it. When he was a rugrat, there was an accident. He was crawling around getting into trouble, tried to climb up a bushel of peaches, and it fell over on him, nearly smothering him before his mama rescued him a couple of seconds later.
Or something goofy like that. An incident that happened before his oldest conscious memory. Stuff like that gets into your brain and is entrenched before you have the higher reasoning skills to know that a picture of peaches on a shampoo bottle can’t hurt you.
Let’s leave the peaches aside for a moment, and look at how people can go completely medieval over cartoons. Face it, folks, human beans are crazy mofos with occasional moments of sanity.
The Monster on December 18, 2006 at 4:31 PM
Didn’t Soupy Sales react the same way when Peaches LaCreme came knocking at the door?
There’s a pattern here.

Peaches?
I mean come on. Man up.
Plums, on the other hand, I could see. Damn scary, those plums.
The Colossus on December 18, 2006 at 4:58 PM
Yep… definitely takes the cobbler.
Nor the vote :-) The logo on the “I voted” stickers have a big Georgia peach on them. A defnitie no-no for peachaphobes -
And the shows on breast reduction – another biggie ;-) for him.
They looked real to me!

Hey Mikeyboss or TruthMatters… Or any one of you fine folks want to give me the “Linking for Dummies” tutorial?
Thanks in advance.
CliffHanger on December 18, 2006 at 5:46 PM
Cliff, I’m not sure what was wrong with your first link. It worked after I typed it in manually.

I knew a producer for Montel back in College. Everything is made up. EVERYTHING. She tried to talk myself and a black buddie of mine to go on and fight over a female. No joking.
robblefarian on December 18, 2006 at 6:37 PM
Understatement of the year. Right next all those girls who required 34 paternity tests to find out the father of the baby.
Tim Burton on December 18, 2006 at 6:37 PM
Just the fact that someone called Tim Burton, “Nightmare before Christmas”, “Beetlejuice”, says that it’s an understatement makes me want to run screaming.
No offense to the HA Tim Burton, but the other guy, he’s one twisted SOB.
E L Frederick (Sniper One) on December 18, 2006 at 6:41 PM
“Journalists” like Wolf Blitzer, Olberman, Dan Rather, Brian Williams and Gregory should get hope from watching Maury in action. After all – one day they too may have their own show and be a star!
iam7545 on December 18, 2006 at 7:06 PM
I also run crying and screaming out of the room and the thought of Peaches & Herb.
lowandslow on December 18, 2006 at 7:36 PM
These aren’t the peaches you’re looking for….
Frantic Freddie on December 18, 2006 at 8:50 PM
I ain’t afraid of Peaches….her pimp on the other hand scares the crap out of me…..
TBinSTL on December 18, 2006 at 9:38 PM
Yup, cause “he runs away from peaches” is a bit too vague. Good peaches are awesome, but that scene where a hand crushed a dry or mealy peach was a bit disturbing. Yech.
Also, does he have some sort of a mustache or is that an optical illusion?
Kevin on December 18, 2006 at 10:12 PM
He doesn’t look like the kind of guy who is afraid of food.
Guardian on December 18, 2006 at 11:23 PM
Oh! What a day!
Now I am traumatized and I am not terrified of Peaches!
I will never be able to sleep at night, with the light out, or during the day time either.
I will always live in dreadful fear of the Peaches!
THE PEACHES!
THE PEACHES!
They are COMING FOR ME EE EEEE EEeeee eaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh …..
