I could be way off base here, but I don’t think anything will change (in Cuba) after Castro’s demise. The population has largely become accustomed to the current political climate. Raul will take the reins and it will be business as usual.

Months? Well that’s too long!

Does anyone besides me think it is a national disgrace to have such an oppresive communist country writhing so close to us? What am I saying; of course it is ok. Everything today is ok. Castro is not an evil murderous dictator; he is just some old sick man on his death bed that we should feel sorry for.

I actually agree with Allah on this one. To think he won’t be replaced by another evil dictator is an exercise in denial.

I support the will of the Cuban people. If their comfortable with communism; so be it. If they rise up and demand Democracy; may God be with them.

Publicly trying to incite rebellion could potentially be a major PR diasaster for America.
