You bet. Not only that, should their be any criminal charges that arise out of this, Emanuel is an accessory and should be prosecuted.

If you listen to the video, there is little doubt that Emanuel was lying in every meaningful sense of that word. He not only denied having “seen” the e-mails, but also interrupted Stephanapolous’s first question about whether he was “aware” of the e-mails with an emphatic “no,” and at least on one other occasion, denied not only having seen the e-mails, but also having been aware of them. Those denials were just outright false (i.e., “lies”).

Independent of the question of whether Emaneul “technically lied” — and far more important — is the fact that Emanuel was clearly and deliberately misleading. Any reasonable person would have come away from that interview (as I know I did) with the strong impression that Emanuel was completely unaware of any e-mails sent by Foley to the pages, and that he had no reason to know anything was amiss with Foley until ABC broke the story.

As AJ Strata points out, the MEDIA IS COMPLICIT in lying to America on behalf of the Democrats:

Now it is time for the Greenwald’s to face the fact the Foley lies are nothing compared to the lies told about what this nation is facing and what will happen if we surrender Iraq. In case you didn’t know, Rahm Emanuel was one of Liar Bill Clinton’s “hit men” when he worked for the White House. He was noted for the viciousness he used to keep potential Clinton critics in line. Which is why I believed that this flap about Foley was his doing in the first place. It stunk all along of him being complicit with the media to use the information for political purposes, and to hell with any children that might be abused in the process!

Emanuel now assumes responsibility for any sexual harrassment of any current or former page by Foley since he became aware of it in 2005. By “saving it up” for the election, Emanuel is an accessory to any criminal charges that may develope against Foley. Emanuel should be kicked out of Congress and ridden out of town on a rail. Send this crook packing! This vicious, lying, bastard is unworthy of public office.

Well honora, you see protitution, gay or otherwise, is a crime, dirty emails is just sleazy.

You equate the actions of 2 consenting adults with an adult, charged with overseeing teenagers, sending sexually explicit and suggestive communications to these same teenagers? Interesting.

Too many Republicans were in power and not nearly enough conservatives. These types of Republicans just need to go on and join the Democratic party.
