Video: Bush and Harper go gay
posted at 9:37 pm on December 1, 2006 by Allahpundit
The left loves the thought of Bush being a closet homo. Remember when this image started popping up on protest signs a few years ago?

It’s Stephen Harper’s turn now, as you’ll shortly see. The clip comes from a sketch taped for a comedy show to air in Quebec next month. Canada’s buzzing about it, and not just because of the beautiful expression of Bush’s and Harper’s love; the guy who peeks into the tent is Andre Boisclair, who’s both openly gay and and the leader of Quebec’s separatist party. The English translation of what he says is “I won’t go in there.”
I don’t recall any placards or sketches in the 90s showing Bill Clinton bending Jean Chretien over a sofa so the gay aspersions must be a special treat reserved for conservatives. I guess they got us, huh?
The cherries-on-the-nipples gag is cute, though. Thanks to Verum Serum for the clip.

Not that there’s anything wrong with that…
Allah is up to his Friday night giggles again!

I’m outraged!
Slublog on December 1, 2006 at 9:45 PM
Allah is very gay tonight!
Entelechy on December 1, 2006 at 9:47 PM
Allah. I bet you do swallow.
A gay Bush. It is interesting. This reminds of a famous quote,” I am a gay republican. I support gay marriage, but I am against gay abortion.”

Those Canadians have a great sense of humor, don’t they?
RedWinged Blackbird on December 1, 2006 at 9:48 PM
The Liberals, currently having a leadership convention (Canadians still have contested conventions, smoky backrooms, etc) and the activists have been handing out mock ups of the Brokeback poster with Bush and Harper. The media has noticed this and is calling them on this, as they claim to be progressive and supportive of homosexuals but go in for the gay bashing whenever they think it could hurt a Conservative. Harper’s my boy, man, Harper’s my boy.
Go PM.
Christoph on December 1, 2006 at 9:51 PM
You’re damn right they’ll judge, not your gayness (you can do your French poodle for all I care – well, I do feel for the poodle and want him no harm), but by your lack of political acumen.
Why doesn’t Canada let them cecede?

Thanks for sharing. I had the same thought as soon as I read about this.
Love your pen name!

If being gay is so acceptable to the left; why do they make gay jokes and make fun of people for being gay or even pretending to be gay? I don’t get it.
lorien1973 on December 1, 2006 at 9:57 PM
Its up to the Quebecans and it never passes the voters. It failed (just barely) two times. If I remember right.
lorien1973 on December 1, 2006 at 9:59 PM
EEEWWWW! We’ve been “Britney Speared.” First the rolling rock beer ape commercial, the Schmidt Gay beer commercial, and now THIS. Allah, I don’t think that the boss realizes what a sick puppy you are.

I find just the pictures extremely offensive. This is right up there with Spears and the newly ‘elected’ Webb. Are there no lows low enough anymore?
The fact that it appears on MM’s website does not speak well of the seriousness of the site itself. She just admonished Spears to show a little discretion. I hope that the web personnel will too.

Oh how I long for the old days, I never thought I’d miss Pierre Trudeau so much. As for the sketch, in Pierre’s own words I say to the producers mangez de la merde…..
ritethinker on December 1, 2006 at 10:21 PM
…homosexuals….
…they want to be accepted…they want us to change society so’s they can get married, jus’ like reg’lar folks…they don’t see their “lifestyle” as anything unusual.
…and, yet, if they *REALLY* don’t like you, think you’re nasty and a mustachio-twirling villain and a nazi and all that, what do they do?
…they suggest that you’re just like them.
…no wonder they’re called “queer”. It isn’t the sexual confusion so much…it’s the whole mindset thing….

lorien1973, I was sarcastic.
She knows very well. His brilliance supersedes his ‘sickness’ or his ‘sickness’ is a part of his brilliance…
Entelechy on December 1, 2006 at 10:30 PM
Predictable? Yes. Do i care? Obviously not.
Scot on December 1, 2006 at 10:35 PM
Bush is probley kickin back smoking a cigar with Cheney laughing his ass off at this. Whoever put this together had to be a light weight candy ass, just to think of it. What was it called before gay BASHING. I am 53 years old, where I came from it didn’t have a name. It just happened.
sonnyspats1 on December 1, 2006 at 10:47 PM
Entelechy , I wasn’t really responding to anyone. Just making a random point :)
lorien1973 on December 1, 2006 at 10:50 PM
I must admit that I’m wondering why all the weird S&M stuff suddenly? It seems that you guys are taking a page from the Republican handbook… and forgetting who your base is.
RalphyBoy on December 1, 2006 at 10:57 PM
Come on. Who DIDN’T click over to see Britney’s hoo-hoo.
lorien1973 on December 1, 2006 at 10:58 PM
There was a photo of Clinton & Gore in a gay pose that circulated in the 90′s. The photo was of two well-built shirtless men with tight shorts, standing, with one hugging the other. Clinton & Gore heads (sorry for the pun) were pasted on the bodies.

What happens when you vehemently deny not “having had sex with that woman”…
Entelechy on December 1, 2006 at 11:30 PM
Is that you, Francis?
Pablo on December 2, 2006 at 12:08 AM
RalphyBoy has me feeling guilty for linking Frankie Goes to Hollywood, so here’s some good music to make up for it.
Scot on December 2, 2006 at 12:22 AM
Actually I thought it was pretty funny, not as funny as something with Howard “rebel yell” Dean and whoever is on the top of the dogpile at the Canadian Liberal Party these days, but nobody ever makes funny stuff like that about liberals …. or do they?
Buzzy on December 2, 2006 at 3:52 AM
…this video needs to be made mandatory viewing before each and every debate about homosexual “marriage”…and they should loop the footage of the fat guy with the shaving soap…er…annointing them from the balcony throughout the conversation.
Decadence…and I don’t mean that in a good way….
Puritan1648 on December 2, 2006 at 11:44 AM
Why was this even posted on this site?
Timber Wolf on December 2, 2006 at 12:23 PM
Great, gays don’t have enough problems, now you want to add Dubya to their ranks……
That said, this is a question for the girls: Bush is a handsome guy, but I find him oddly unsexy. Cheney may well be the anti-Christ and Rummy a sorry excuse for a Sect of Defense, but for men of their age, they are quite sexy. (I mention this to deflect the comments that I don’t like Bush therefore I find him unappealing) I can’t quite put my finger on it, think it might be the verbal awkwardness or the shifty eyes.
Anyone else care to share?
honora on December 2, 2006 at 1:07 PM
To humor you honora:
Bush, not sexy. Agree on Rumsfeld and Cheney (and disagree with you on Rumy’s service, often, as you already know).
Also not sexy: Carter, Clinton, Kerry, Dean and entire bunch of 2004.
Come to think of them…can’t remember a sexy Pres. in my time…Reagan was elegant and presentable – had that old Hollywood style…
All of this not important, though.
Entelechy on December 2, 2006 at 1:58 PM
Hey… I use to dance to that Frankie goes to Hollywood song… Never saw that video though (I’ll never listen to that song the same way again). Me and my wife were known to open and/or close many dance floors no matter what freak show recorded the songs being played. And like I said before, I’ve been to a Madonna concert, so I’ve seen weird people before.
I’m just wondering if this is going to become the norm on this site, that’s all. And maybe… why? This is the kind of Bush bash that I receive as email from my twisted lefty friends… Is it funny? Well in a adolescent kinda way… yes. Is it worthy of this site? I guess some think so, but it’s beyond me as to why.
Thanks for that. Now if I can just remember where I put those darned cowboy boots. :)

Lighten up people, it’s called humor. Don’t take yourselves so seriously.
infidel4life on December 2, 2006 at 2:55 PM
Humor is used to degrade and ridicule. That’s exactly what this “post” is doing. Isn’t there enough of this sicko stuff on the internet without bringing it to a legitimate, informative blog?
I’m with RalphyBoy…this is the kind of stuff that others like to taunt conservatives with. If I wanted it, I could go to their blogs. I hope MM will raise the bar and keep the grunge far, far away.
jatfla on December 2, 2006 at 3:23 PM
Well, you could always email her and tattle on nasty old Allahpundit.
Please post the results, I’m interested to know what happens.
infidel4life on December 2, 2006 at 5:36 PM
This is as close to tattling as I’m gonna get.
Bub-bye….
jatfla on December 2, 2006 at 9:47 PM
The english translation of what he said is “Quebec will never be onboard” or “Quebec will have no part of this sorta thing” etc.
