Sudden thought: Can anybody be sure that the photos of Britney were not photoshopped in one fashion or the other?
Such things/events grab everybodys’ attention, all sorts of commentary follows, but whether or not things are authentic does not get asked. Just like those doctored photographs from the mideast.

Second, can we spare a little outrage for the photographers looking up celebrities’ skirts? Does it occur to anyone that such photos are ungentlemanly behavior and kinda creepy? What kind of trash makes their living off such photography?

Unfortunately the porn industry is full of such low-lifes and bottom-feeders (pun intended). The depths of their ungentlemanly behavior knows no limits.

She shouldn’t show the entire world, not without a good reason, which I think Nexus may have discovered:

I respect Britney unlike most of the people in her class for when confronted with a life or death decision re: choosing life, being a mother, and trying to raise her child.

I hope she doesn’t lose my respect completely. I found her “hot” for the above reasons… her body, though appreciated, doesn’t begin to touch the reasons mentioned above.

She’ll lose one guaranteed because we all do as we age. I hope she will keep the other (her character) intact and improve on it.

She has much to work with, whatever her faults, and I hope she will make less foolish decisions than I did at her age.

I see people’s asses all the time. Men and women. I’m sure someone has seen mine when I didn’t intend it and on one memorable occasion, (too much info, I know) I recall looking down while standing in line at a Subway store while wearing Canadian Forces issue boxer shorts, which didn’t have buttons on the fly to make it easier when you’re wearing winter gloves, chemical warfare suit, etc.) and realizing that my fly was undone and, yes, I was exposed.

I left the store instantly and didn’t return — oh — for about 5-years.

How do you get a criminal conviction in these cases and should you?

Constitution, reasonable doubt, et. al.
