[...] She’s very smooth, as always, although she hasn’t quite figured out what to do with her hands yet. Believe it or not, that can be a thorny problem when you’re standing in for a minutes-long medium shot. The boss solves it elegantly with the mutual hand clasp. I’m sure KP will figure something out. [...]

Except for Britney? When did Britney become a "waste of flesh"?

I don't think we need to obsess over her... or even talk about her unless you happen to feel like it.

But your choice of words for someone who is going through a divorce and acting foolishly... is offensive.

Well... here's to hoping we don't get to hear about Britney again any time in the near future. While I appreciate Michelle's advice to her, lets not waste a perfectly good vent on a pop culture waste of flesh again...

Sudden thought: Can anybody be sure that the photos of Britney were not photoshopped in one fashion or the other?
Such things/events grab everybodys’ attention, all sorts of commentary follows, but whether or not things are authentic does not get asked. Just like those doctored photographs from the mideast.

Don't forget there was much ado about Diana Spencer before her Princess days. 19-year-old Lady Diana Spencer was taken by John Minihan with the morning sun to her back, her legs in silhouette through her skirt. Wow, that was considered to be such big news back then!

Second, can we spare a little outrage for the photographers looking up celebrities’ skirts? Does it occur to anyone that such photos are ungentlemanly behavior and kinda creepy? What kind of trash makes their living off such photography?

Unfortunately the porn industry is full of such low-lifes and bottom-feeders (pun intended). The depths of their ungentlemanly behavior knows no limits.

Outside of California and Hollywood, I believe they are called peeping toms, and sexual predators. For a list of sex offenders in your area, you can go here.

Frankly, I'm a guy and I like the photos. However, I shouldn't have seen them, they are private.

She shouldn't show the entire world, not without a good reason, which I think Nexus may have discovered:

I believe that Britney flashed her upskirt on purpose. This was an intentional ploy to take the sting out of K-Fed releasing their sex tape by beating him to the punch.

If that's true and this is her poorly thought out emotionally-reckless attempt to muddle through, poor girl.

I respect Britney unlike most of the people in her class for when confronted with a life or death decision re: choosing life, being a mother, and trying to raise her child.

I hope she doesn't lose my respect completely. I found her "hot" for the above reasons... her body, though appreciated, doesn't begin to touch the reasons mentioned above.

She'll lose one guaranteed because we all do as we age. I hope she will keep the other (her character) intact and improve on it.

She has much to work with, whatever her faults, and I hope she will make less foolish decisions than I did at her age.

Britney, Madonna, K-Fed, TomKat, etc... Does anyone notice a common denominator? These folks top the list of what qualifies for entertainment today. Sad, really. There are no more stars in Hollywood, and the recording studios no longer care about quality. Our biggest export to the world is steaming, smelly pile of crap. How long until they figure out what we already know?

Britney, Madonna, K-Fed, TomKat, etc… Does anyone notice a common denominator? These folks top the list of what qualifies for entertainment today. Sad, really. There are no more stars in Hollywood, and the recording studios no longer care about quality. Our biggest export to the world is steaming, smelly pile of crap. How long until they figure out what we already know?

What I mean by going too far- it will be rather obviously deliberate, and in a completely inappropriate setting.

One can hope. You're harshing me, Christoph.

Let me close my eyes and see some Hilton acolyte led away in wire-tie handcuffs with tears streaming down her face, won't you?? Is this too much to ask?

How do you convict over it?

I see people's asses all the time. Men and women. I'm sure someone has seen mine when I didn't intend it and on one memorable occasion, (too much info, I know) I recall looking down while standing in line at a Subway store while wearing Canadian Forces issue boxer shorts, which didn't have buttons on the fly to make it easier when you're wearing winter gloves, chemical warfare suit, etc.) and realizing that my fly was undone and, yes, I was exposed.

I left the store instantly and didn't return -- oh -- for about 5-years.

How do you get a criminal conviction in these cases and should you?

Constitution, reasonable doubt, et. al.

These are NOT unimportant concepts!
