Sorry I’m late to the party, but I just watched this.
Not only were his remarks about our President appalling, but his comments about staying in the Lincoln Bedroom in the Clinton White House were even worse and more disrespectful about what is Our House.
What is wrong with these soi-disant entertainers that they have to air their juvenile, ill-formed, even more poorly-conceived Leftist political opinions instead of their alleged talents?
At my house, we don’t go to the movies or watch very much that’s “current” any more; it’s Turner Classic Movies and buying DVDs of movies from the ’40s, ’50s and 60s for us.
I can’t watch these people anymore in anything without literally getting acid reflux.

Interesting downward trend in Box Office Receipts since 2002, about the time I began to notice my own annoyance growing with the hezbollywood traitors like Clooney, DeVito, Sarandon, Robbins, Penn, Baldwin, et al, date-coincident with when my wife and I stopped going out to the movies. Hell, I'm just about fed up with Leno at this point, for that matter. Dammit. The link has a lot of very interesting info on what we as an entertainment-consumer public are willing to pay for - Hezbollywooders need to get hit with a big fat cluebat.

Update: He’s formally apologized to Barbara for being the most entertaining thing ever to happen to that program.

Rosenfeld said he has no idea whether DeVito was drunk during his appearance but emphasized that the actor has never had a problem with drinking.

Apparently not. He admittedly did a bang-up job of it the night before.
