First and foremost, I am thankful for the many honorable men and women who are protecting all of us. Pray everyday for you.

I am thankful for all of you people. I don't know you personally but it does appear that you have your act together.

I am thankful that my father never gave up on me. (Thanks Dad)

I am actually thankful for the years I served in the Army. It made me a better man.

I am thankful for my health and the love I get from my family.

One sleeping on the sofa bed in the guest room, one sleeping on the sofa in the living room. Bellies full. Snoring. Both probably dreaming of being home. Two American soldiers, honorable good men, agreed to share our Thanksgiving dinner and long weekend with us.

This is what our family is thankful for this Thanksgiving holiday.

(Boy can these two guys make beer disappear quickly.)

Happy Thanksgiving America.

we are thankful that our son who missed the last 2 thanksgivings due to being in Iraq is home and doing fine.

We are thankful that we are able to share our dinner with others, and most important thanks to our men and women who serve in the armed forces where ever they are stationed.

Thank you very much for all of the well wishes everybody! Mom and Baby are both doing very well. Eat, sleep, poop, eat, sleep, poop ... that's all I'VE been doing since her arrival! HA! As for BabyGirl737, she's been doing the same thing, also opening her eyes and reciting the Declaration of Independance. Mrs737 has been getting some much deserved rest. No drugs, no epidoral (sp?) and she looks just as beautiful as she did the day we met. Thanks again for all the encouragement. Drive safe today!

I'm thankful for the extraordinary work Michelle has been doing with Hotair. If you're not involved with media/publishing in some way, it may be hard to fully appreciate just how much blood, sweat and tears goes into running a successful enterprise like Hotair, and I guess we tend to take it for granted now every day, but it is a labor of love that deserves more than the thanks we can give it. Hats off and thank you, Michelle and the Hotair team!

I am thankful for my family -- a wife who puts up with my foibles and loves me anyway, two daughters, and a son. I am thankful for all our men and women, who go in harm's way today, for all of us here at home.

Bless us all.

How crappy where Gumbel and the other guy on the NFL network? gumbel has the most irritating voice (he sounds like a girl) and their play calling was boring. No sense of drama at all.

Bucs had their asses handed to them, again, this year. Man, my team sucks :(

I'm thankful for my salvation through Jesus. I'm thankful for my family and friends. I'm thankful that my health seems to be improving after a long battle with illness. Last but not least, I'm thankful that I live in a great country where I'm free to believe as I wish without persecution by authorities.

I’m thankful that my Baby-Girl737 landed TODAY! WOOOOO HOOOOO!!! @ 5:05 am, 6 pds 1 oz, 19.5 inches! Tiara Kathleen. God bless my Hotair family, God bless our Troops and GOD BLESS AMERICA! -- Tony737

...and I'm thankful, too!

Congratulations!

Congratulations to you especially for having found a woman who'll put up with your so much so as to allow such a very stressful, painful and miraculous thing to happen to her. My wife, telling her childbirth stories (as mothers often do) reminds me regularly of my debt to her...which is immeasurable.

Health and long life.

A girl, eh? Now the worrying starts.

Thanksgiving...I live in America...where to begin?

I'm thankful for my wife. She's the best person I've ever known.

I'm thankful for our friends, with whom we've just spent Thanksgiving.

I'm thankful for the gift of our children. They're more than the satisfaction of some base biological urge to reproduce ourselves. These are entirely new people, never been here before, with whose care and education we are entrusted. We will be paid back in hugs and hope until we go up to the land beyond a parent's worrying.

I'm thankful for the many fine, witty and wonderful people here...and even for some of the eschelons below wonderful people, too...who make it a pleasure to be an opinionated old bastard. I'm thankful that, for all of the outrage, angst, overheated verbiage and cold commentary we see here on HotAir, that something as hopeful as this is shared.

...after all...it's all just plaintext...the blogosphere is grey, real life is green.

...and I'm thankful for our church, our fellow saints, and for the free gift of grace, which make *ALL* of it possible.

Pray, if you pray, for a proper, dignified peace for the planet, in keeping with the Divine Will; for our leaders to be less foolish; and for enough of the wisdom you'll need to fight your way through the maze of cobwebs which is life.

...and if you don't pray, wish...that we'll continue to have the freedom to speak and feast and wish and pray.

I am thankful for the BRAVE men & women that serve this country. God Bless you all.

I am thankful to still be drawing air into my lungs, after decades of near-misses and self-abuse and addictions.

I am thankful to have been born into this great country.

I am thankful for my wonderful children and the rest of my family, without whose company I could not have such a happy life.

Mostly, I am thankful for the forgiveness God has shown me over the years, given my first twenty years on Earth.

Amen.

I thank Almighty God he thought up a place like the USA and gave the idea to the founding Fathers.

I also live and marvel at the beautiful planet he designed and the many wondrous things that hold my attention.

I am glad he remembered to make women.

I thank g-d that I am an American. I thank the good folks who came before me that through their sweat, giving their time, bleeding lots of blood and selflessly giving up their lives that I am here in the USA today typing this. (I think about places I could be existing or if I would exist at all) I think my ancestors many years ago, chosed to move here. I thank the folks who are here today protecting us, the various Police and Military force, so current and future generations can Rock and Roll, be entrepreneurs, perform charitable acts or act like idiots on College campuses protesting the people we are thankful for. Thank you to the people who allowed me to thank whom I can think of at the moment by providing this forum.

I'm thankful for many things in my personal life. I also enthusiastically agree with the "thanks for our military men and women" sentiments above. However, it seems best to use this opportunity to say:

Thanks to Michelle, Bryan, "Allah," and the rest of the HotAir crew for fighting the good fight every day. The war on terrorism is fought on the media front as well as on the battlefield --- so blogs like this are important. Thanks also to the rarely-mentioned "Mr. Firecracker" -- just think of the strength and commitment he needs to be married to a woman who gets death threats on a regular basis.

Thanks are also due to The American Thinker, Little Green Footballs, Mary K Ham, and others often linked here.

On the left side of things, thanks for Camille Paglia and Bruce Bawer. They disagree with us on many things, but both have had the courage to name and confront the enemy --- and explain to their clueless cohorts that the real enemy is not George Bush (or any other convenient lefty bogeyman).

Finally, thanks for Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity as they continue to fight the good fight.

Happy Thanksgiving!

I'm thankful that our daughter will be home from college in 20 days for Christmas break. A college semester is a long time when you're 2000 miles apart.

I'm also thankful that my husband's surgery went well on Monday and we were given a day pass to leave the hospital for Thanksgiving:) We have to be back by 6:00 tonight -- but just leaving for the day was great. Hopefully ... we can come home tomorrow for the weekend.

It's been a great football day -- but tomorrow is when the HUSKERS kick some Buffalo butt -- I HOPE!

Everyone have a great day:)
