Anybody remember the YouTube vid of the three teenage Lebanese girls last year, dressed in Western clothes, heads uncovered, wearing makeup, driving around filming (with a cell phone I guess) in the car saying how much they loved Hezbollah? I wonder if they’ll be making a new video after they have to exchange their makeup, driver’s licenses and regular clothes for headscarves and little black sheets.

It is obvious that Hezbollah is behind this thinly veiled attempt to over throw the elected government of Lebanon. These last few weeks they were attempting seize veto powers over the elected government.

The Lebanese people have been called Phoenicians for a few millennia for a reason. Occupying the cross roads between Europe, Asia and Africa and with a deep water port there have always been some groups trying to take over. In this case the Persians (using the Syrians disguised as Hezbollah). I have complete faith that indigenous “Phoenicians” will once again rise from the ashes (as the mythical Phoenix) and reestablish their independence. And by the way, Lebanon has been a Christian country since Christianity began.

When Hizbolla takes over Lebanon (when, not if), what will the French UN soldiers do?
Will they leave saying “our work here is done”, or will they continue to do anything they can to prevent Israeli aircraft from flying over Lebanon?
