Allahpundit was more than fair with Grebrook and gave him lot’s of chances. I remember Grebrook using the F-word eight time in a single post one night, totally inane, I was surprised he didn’t get the boot that night. But in a way it a shame he’s gone, I was hoping if he stayed long enough that he might eventually see the light. But he was too far gone.

Some people complain about “feeding the troll” and I’m guilty of that. But I think the trolls need to be challenged, that is not to say you shouldn’t pick your fights carefully, but when they have opened themselves up for the smack-down, you should be quick to oblige. We conservative are sometimes too passive in the debate. We allow the left to spew their lies unassailed thinking that their lunacy is self evident and no one will take it to heart. But history proves us wrong about that far too often.

Thanks, Janos; I almost missed my cue, there. The Chicago Tribune, for all of their many faults, did publish a story on the InstaPresident, exposing one of the reasons why no one comes out of Chicago and does anything on the national scene. This putz will be in jail, our Governor Rod Baloneyvich will be out of office, and Hillary will use this story to cut Osama Obama off at the knees.

Obama only concerns me if the Il Democratic Machine ever stops feeding on itself. He’s too clean. Too appealing.
Politics are a contact sport around here, and so far he’s been unscathed. Somebody will need something, and he’s surely in possesion of some debt slips. He owes alot of folks for thier support. Nobody pulls your wagon for free..
We wrote the charter on “pay for play” politics in Chicago, and generally accept it, not so sure about the rest of the country.
There’s been a real estate deal that just won’t die, that may be the crack that starts to knock Humpty off the wall. With Daley secure in running free for Chicago Mayor, the greed for a DC office will bring out the ratz.

I like the suggestion that he withdraw from the Senate.

However, I am under the impression that the Chicago Tribune went to court to force release of Jeri Ryan’s child support filings. It is news to me that she deliberately sabotaged her ex-husband’s candidacy by leaking the sex-club accusation.

Personally, I believe that Ryan should not have withdrawn. But since he did, I blame the IL Republican parthy for being morons in slating a CARPETBAGGER like Keyes instead of finding someone from inside Illinois.

But when you add the inability to get the Party’s act together back in the primaries, and their inability to get the losers to support the eventual winner in a race against a crook whom even the Chicago Dem machine can’t stand on a personal level, means that the party’s central committee should resign.

The Republican party of Illinois is a DISGRACE to Illinois — the home state of the 1st REPUBLICAN President.
