I’m not tech savvy enough to do this myself but I would love to see a 60 second video debate between Murtha and Grandpa Simpson.

It would be a clip of Murtha making one of his asinine or outright insane statments. Then there would be a rebuttal by Grandpa Simpson saying something ridiculous.

Then back to Murtha. Etc.

I would pay $5 to see that.

According to an article by Perry Bacon, Jr. for Time Magazine, Pelosi "Carries a chip on her shoulder, beleiving that fellow Democrats and media elites have constantly underestimated her political ability..". In 2001, Bacon says, "Pelosi won an intense battle with Maryland's Steny Hoyer to be the number 2 Democrat in the House". Apparently there is some old animosity between Pelosi and Hoyer that partly explains her actions now. Bacon also quotes Pelosi as saying "Anybody who's ever dealt with me knows not to mess with me".
