When the next terrorist strike occurs, as it will, we must remind as often as necessary that the Democrats are responsible. We must call for their heads, demand resignations of committee heads and the party leadership, including Pelosi herself.

We must demand and demand and demand that they QUIT until they either leave town on their own or we throw them out.

Since innocent American lives will be lost in terror strikes inside America, we must take NO PRISONERS.

I think Sandra has it mostly right… but I have to admit that Bush was part of the problem too, from the Medicare drug plan to illegal immigration, he too stepped away from the conservative agenda. I think it was a bit more complicated, too many……

I believe that the majority was tilted to the Left’s favor – but temporarily. Given their own course the Left will do unto themselves as no one else can – and the weakness the Left brings to our nation will become all too apparent as time goes on.

What we who are on the right of Chamberlain left can do is to keep our good manners, engage in clear thinking and rational discussion of the issues at hand, and provide an alternative when that all too soon period before the next election comes to pass.

Perhaps a better comparison would be when Hulk became Mr Fix-It and worked for the criminal element as an enforcer would be more apt comparison to the Deaniacs.

Democrats are wasting no time in getting into the fetal position and inserting the thumb into the mouth for some good ‘ole fashioned American surrender planning. Nancy Pelosi is now endorsing John Murtha for House Majority Leader….

Nice vent, Michelle. I still feel that America will be punished for voting for Republicans and for Pres Bush twice.

Remember, Dem/libs (especially Nancy Pelosi) dont forgive and dont forget. Do not be fooled by the calm of civility that we saw her during her sitting with Pres Bush (look carefully at her face…it has a smug “I’m gonna fix you but good” expression) Indeed, the moderate dems are standing by awaiting their marching orders since they are beholding to the other dems for getting them in, so to speak.

This is going to be a rough two years. The ISLAMO-NAZIS ARE DELIGHTED THAT THE DEMS WON (gee whiz…I wonder why?)

Also, I attribute the loss to Republicans in office playing nice and not calling the Dems on their faults. Like (insert any dem quote here).

Hmm…. personally I can’t think of a cartoon villain which the democrats remind me of. Finding real villains is easy – Castro, Che, Pol-pot, Stalin, etc…. But I can’t think of a cartoon villain who was that bad….

Well, CrazyFool..just watch The Venture Bros. on Adult Swim..there is a villain called “The Monarch”. Don’t ask..just watch.

hmmmm…. if there is so much concern, why give nancy and murtha et al; the ability to drag the nation into a morass of pointless “investigations”? talk about a quagmire! time will tell….

That just goes to show you how badly the Republicans had run their party into the ground. Knowing that Democrats would screw up the war in Iraq, the war on terror and more than likely leave us more open to terrorist attacks still wasn’t enough to keep people from replacing the Republicans with them.

Hopefully they’ll get their house in order in the next 2 years so voters will feel comfortable voting them back into control. It really comes down to who is voted into minority leadership positions at this point. If it’s new blood then things will already be looking good. If it’s old blood then they more than likely won’t win anything back in ’08.

For all his strength, force, and raw rage the hulk was basically good – always saved the damsel in distress and beat the crap out of the bad guys.

A bit of the Hulk is something we sorely need in the Republican leadership IMHO.
